Wow, where to start…. Joey made this loan process the easiest I have ever done in my lifetime. I’ve had several mortgages from selling and buying homes and moving, but never have I had the experience that I did which Joey through Lend A Loan. He was the easiest to contact, as we all know usually when you call a loan officer, you get their voicemail and usually it’s a day or so later and you get a call back. Never one time did I have to leave a message for him to call me back he always answered and was right there to take care of any and all questions that I had. His personality was fantastic. What he told me from the beginning till the end was exactly what he said going into the loan.
Hopefully, I’ll be at this residence for quite some time , But if I need a loan in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to Joey.

Very unprofessional, no transperancy, we were (and the title company and the realtor) lied to often. A veteran doing a VA loan was disrespected. Moved the closing date 5 times. Promised certain things and were not completed. The most horrible experience we have ever encountered. Joe D. Is absolutely awful to work with. Chris the part owner likes to lie. It seems like you have to be rude to work here. Also they asked for documents that violated (was illegal) the veterans rights. Also when you rise a problem they will listen to the recorded call but when you call and make a complaint and were promised a discount due to how we had been treated all the sudden that phone doesn't record. How convenient!!! Very shameful. I would not use this lender for one of the biggest purchase of your life.
This is the second time me and my family have used Lend - A - Loan. And for the second time Antonio has been an incredible help. Any questions or assistance we needed Antonio was there to offer help. At any time of the day all our questions were resolved. I would highly recommend Lend - A - Loan and Antonios service to anyone.
I would like to highly recommend Joey Delly from Lend-A-Loan, to anyone interested in applying for a VA IRRRL loan. He went above all my expectations of what I expected from a loan agent. What can I say about Joey Delly? There are not enough superlatives available to me to describe the job that he did to follow the loan through to fruition. He was there every step of the way, so much so, that I think I saw his shadow at one point. But what really sealed the deal for me was when I was at closing i called him at least 4 times in a 10 - 12 minute time frame and he answered every time. Thank You Joey. I appreciate you. Quick Update-I just off the phone with him and the loan already closed. His manager "Joseph Daoud" was also helpful. Everyone I came into contact with at Lend-a-Loan was very professional.
Working with Joanna K was a great experience. She clearly explained my mortgage options, made sure I understood each step, and was always quick to answer my questions. Her knowledge and communication made the process easy and reassuring.
Gavin at Lend-A-Loan was fantastic through the entire process and I cannot say enough great things about the entire team there. I had a very unique situation with my refinancing trying to consolidate debt. I talked to five other company's before talking with Lend-A-Loan and four of them couldn't offer me anything and the fifth could only consolidate part of it with a terribly high interest rate and not even consolidating all of my debt. Gavin found a unique refinancing option the others didn't even know about. He walked me through the entire process, was able to consolidate everything I needed and saved me thousands.
Every other lender I have talked with all offer the same options, if you have a unique situation make sure to talk to Lend-A-Loan because they have the most competitive rates and options other lenders are not even aware of.
I have to say working with Lend a Loan was a pleasure. I thought at first my refinancing would not go through, but Patricia kept me informed. Through the whole process, with the many hiccups I had, she always contacted me and even encouraged me when I thought the process would fall apart. Patricia will always have my business, and after going through this roller coaster ride, I know she cares and will always have my best interests in mind. Update for 2025
Working with Patricia has always been wonderful; for the past 2 years, she has stayed in touch with me, wishing me and my family the best for holidays and checking in on the birth of my new child. I really do appreciate her family-friendly attitude and her customer service; she is more of a friend to the family than a loan agent. Wherever Patricia goes, she will have my business. I wish more people in the industry would have her attitude and approach when you are making a big life decision.
