After arriving in Istanbul for my dental procedures on April 6, 2026, I was fortunate to have Mrs. Bisheng assigned as my translator throughout my treatment. I truly felt blessed to have her supporting me during this journey. She demonstrated patience, dedication, and genuine care, and I believe she treats every patient with the same professionalism and kindness. Mrs. Bisheng is calm, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. She carefully answered all of my questions, and whenever additional clarification was needed, she immediately contacted the management or medical team to ensure I received accurate information. Whether arranging face-to-face discussions or providing timely updates, she made sure I fully understood every step of the process. She explained procedures and upcoming steps clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. Even though I was more than 5,000 miles away from home, her warm and positive personality made me feel safe and welcomed, almost as if I were at home. I would also like to encourage the management team at Lema Dental Clinic to recognize Mrs. Bisheng’s importance to their organization.
