Once someone becomes a customer, they are a member of our family for life. We make ongoing maintenance a breeze and send our customers reminders for maintenance and make scheduling a breeze!
The experience of working with Lehigh Valley Water Systems has been exceptional. Ben met with us to discuss our concerns about water hardness and provided a proposal and price. He responded quickly to follow questions. Bryce came to do the installation. He was punctual and professional. He addressed all of my requests, did a very neat installation and explained the system in detail. All in all, an excellent experience for start to finish.

Update 5/26: Once again Mike from LVW was great. On time, professional, knowledgeable.
We discussed RO information and various options of installation locations. Very happy we have Lehigh Valley Water as our water company!

Mike who installed the system was prompt, friendly, and professional. He was neat, clean and provided details to everything he was going to do and everything he did when finished. He explained the system’s backflushing schedule, bypass and the use of the app. Overall a great experience with Mike, Barry and Lehigh Valley Water Systems!

We have well water in the valley and knew we had some acidity and PFAS issues. Ben was awesome! Super knowledgeable and personable to work with. He got us set up with Bryce, the field tech who installed our system. Bryce did an awesome job and was super nice. He took a very old, crusty looking system and made it look great! Super happy to have water we feel comfortable drinking (and not have to go get water from the grocery store anymore!)
