They completed the installation the same week, which was super convenient. Chris did a great job installing the system and was also very knowledgeable. No pressure, fair pricing, family-owned, and their products are made in the USA — highly recommend!

Professional and very knowledgable. They did a great quick job and and explained everything so that even a 5 yr old would understand it. The price was thousands cheaper than the other companies I spoke to. Would recommend to anyone needing a softener system.

From the first meeting with Ben of the Lehigh Valley Water Systems, the experience has been exemplary! Ben was very forthcoming on all aspects of the issues that do exist (and this we do not need to worry about in our area) in our water supply. He spoke at length about each system’s features that they offer, the add-ons that are available, the maintenance, etc. Flexibility of payment was appreciated. Bryce (the technician that installed our system today) was super professional and pleasant. He completed the work much faster than anticipated, providing additional information about care and maintenance, as well as monitoring options. Overall this has been a very positive experience for us! Kudos to the entire Lehigh Valley Water Systems team!

We opted for the WiFi softener since it also filters our water. The install was fast and easy, and our tech really knew what he was doing. I asked about soft water going to our garden hose and he made it happen and installed a shut off valve too. We’re really happy with the quality of our water now and will use this company again for our future needs.

The material they use is top notch and made in the USA, their pricing is great and Barry is passionate about what he started many years ago! We are interested in their reverse osmosis product next.
