My son and I love coming here to watch the Bills games. Food is always on point. We have had great servers every time, including Karim.

My friends have always liked Legends and were very excited to take my wife there for her first visit. It was a disaster. Started off well enough. The young man who waited on us got me and my wife our drinks and when our 3 friends arrived got theirs and took our orders. The cheese curds appetizers came out pretty quickly, and then our waiter disappeared. We waited for about half an hour and neither our food nor our waiter showed up. I went looking for him, and saw him in the kitchen apparently arguing with the cook or cooks. A colleague of his started to make us another round of drinks, at my request. He then came back with them and some of the food. Apparently a mistake had been made and one of our plates was sent to the wrong table, so, after this long wait, 4 of us began to eat while our poor buddy waited another 10 minutes for his calzone. Our food was cold and my burger was overcooked. My wife's BLAT did not have any bacon or avocado and the poor waiter was so confused that he forgot how to split the bill: we'd asked him in the beginning for separate checks, but he wanted to do it at the end... needless to say this was a mistake... in the end it was a mess and not an experience I want to repeat. If we had not been here before, we'd never come back. As it is, we will return to see if when it's not Halloween you guys will revert to your usual splendid service and food. Very disappointed, but not giving up. Maybe Legends would benefit from having the owner take a look at both the servers and the kitchen staff and reminding them to use their communication skills. If we'd been in the loop, we'd have been much less inclined to be upset.

Hi Peter. First of all, thank you for all of your business and overall patience with us. So honored you’ve enjoyed Legends for so long. It would be incredibly disappointing to want to bring friends in, especially when you’re hungry and really anticipate the same level of service and food quality you have had with previous visits- only two have the experience go south.
Looking into this, I did learn the wrong ticket was placed on the calzone, meaning that another Server took it to a different table. Your server was in the back from what I hear, trying to communicate with the kitchen staff through a language barrier, using Google translate. We do quite literally have challenges with two different languages between the kitchen and the front of the house, which we are working on. He should’ve been monitoring your drink levels more closely as well and had more of a presence. I have talked to the Server about this, so hopefully this is a learning experience for all of us.
