Была в кальянной и осталась в полном восторге! Кальян — отличный: дымный, вкус насыщенный, угли сменили вовремя. Атмосфера уютная, музыка не мешает общению, всё очень комфортно.
Отдельно хочу отметить сервис. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Особенно хочу поблагодарить официанта Артёма — за его приветливость, оперативность и заботу. Благодаря ему впечатления от посещения стали ещё приятнее.
Обязательно вернусь снова!
Estábamos paseando por Turia y vimos este local de lejos por las luces que tienen en las ventanas , nos llamó la atención , decidimos entrar a tomar una taza de té y terminamos comiendo , fumamos unas cachimbas y al final pedimos una de las postres que tenían en el mostrador. Un ambiente extraordinario , tanto la comida como la variedad de tes nos dejó sorprendidos. Cabe destacar el servicio de 10 de María ( una de las camareras) nos ayudó con la elección de té como de postre con el que lo acompañamos.

Ayer mi amiga y yo decidimos ir a este lounge de shisha, aunque muchos conocidos y amigos ya me habían advertido que no valía la pena. Yo pensé: “¿Qué tan malo puede ser? Voy a comprobarlo por mí misma”. Y al final, ojalá no hubiera ido.
Cuando llegamos, la mitad del salón estaba vacío y se mantuvo así 2 horas. A pesar de eso, nos sentaron afuera y hacía muchísimo frío. Les pedimos 3 veces que, si se liberaban mesas dentro, por favor nos cambiaran. Cada vez nos decían sí, claro.
Después llegó otra chica, se sentó cerca de nosotras y también preguntó si había mesas dentro. Le respondieron que no. Unos minutos más tarde apareció su amiga, entró “a preguntar” y, de inmediato, las dejaron pasar a un sitio libre dentro. 🤦♀️ Es decir, dejaron entrar primero a personas que llegaron después de nosotras, aun cuando el salón llevaba dos horas medio vacío. Al menos podrían habernos dicho que la espera sería de media hora o una hora, o proponernos sentarnos en la barra. Pero nada.
El servicio fue simplemente pésimo. Y para colmo, después de todo eso, obviamente no quería dejar propina… pero más tarde me di cuenta de que el camarero igualmente me había cobrado 1,5 euros extra.
Una experiencia realmente desagradable, no quiero volver jamás.
We just drove all the way to this shisha bar in Valencia, only to be told that we couldn’t go inside without a reservation — at 2:00 PM, a completely normal time in the middle of the day. What made it even more frustrating is that the place was practically empty inside and there were plenty of free tables.
They told us we could only sit outside, but you’re not allowed to smoke shisha outside, which makes absolutely no sense and defeats the whole purpose of going to a shisha bar.
There was no information anywhere saying that a reservation is required, and the way it was handled felt totally unreasonable and unprofessional. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

В эту кальянную я хожу с самого открытия! И знаете, что я вам расскажу ? Если вы хотите, найти место, в котором вы хотите душевно отдохнуть, покурить самый лучший кальян в Валенсии, получить обслуживание на высшем уровне, вы обязаны посетить это заведение!
Отдельно хотелось бы поблагодарить, официантку Марию, которая настолько украсила наш вечер, смогла поднять настроение своей улыбкой и энергетикой.
Благодарю также официанта Ника , за его харизму и красивые глаза.

The atmosphere was inviting, well-designed, with just the right lighting — the kind of place where you want to linger a bit longer, which is already a win in the restaurant world.
Bottom line: a full, enthusiastic thumbs-up.
I’ll definitely be back — and I recommend it without hesitation.
