Legal Funding First was not the first company I looked into, but it was the best company out of all the companies I looked at. The people here at legal Funding First did the job right. My case is no open and shut case at all and they are putting there money at risk to help me out. There are no guarantee when it comes down to any legal aspect of the system. I would like to say that ‘Legal Funding first’ has been an extraordinary help with helping me secure a financial gain (with a fee of course), especially in my most helpless time of need. During these stressful and confusing times - court proceedings can take a significant time to take its course and settle. I can speak from personally experience, as I have been a victim of many people’s negligent actions countless times.
The team at Legal Funding First are amazing! I was attended by Patrick- he is part of the team at Legal Funding. Since the time I first spoke to Patrick, he was very understanding of my situation. He took the time to speak to the firm representing me for one of the matters I have, and was able to conclude that I qualified to be a client at legal funding, resulting in me being able to secure a “pre-settlement loan” till my legal claim settles.
What surprised me the most was that the contract was reasonable and quite easy to understand, yet still protecting the rights of the client (from my understanding)- from which I have learned after reading many contracts I have come by, that not only many have been proven to be very unfair, but also seems to contradict the very meaning of what the term “fair” means; only bringing structure to my point, so I am just very grateful to have been able to secure this “pre settlement loan”. Soooo… it has been very unfortunate for me, but times have been getting harder due to the stress and complications that come behind these accidents. Either it being from hospitalizations, losing your job, doctor’s appointments, lack of completing daily duties before the accident; all come into play when dealing with such situations. Though I have to say, it seems that I can always count on ‘legal funding first’, with Patrick and his brother Thomas, to help me when I need it the most. All while still maintaining the benefits of the client. It’s quite amazing to see such amazing people still exist in such a “money grabbing environment” of society. Definitely made me feel as if I wasn’t being treated like just a number. I think I have spoken to them, more then I have to anyone of my attorney’s; that I currently have for any of my pending cases (No offense counsel)- though the generosity is for sure there on their end.
