Kyle did a great job and diagnosing the problem with my air conditioning. This time it was a me error But he showed me what to do moving forward to avoid this problem with the drain line being clogged he was very helpful with explaining what to do and how to do it.He’s always on time, professional, and courteous.

We found Legacy Home Services on the Trane website. Jared, Jacob, & Nathan were all personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. We were treated with respect from the first call to the end of the job. All three men are excellent representatives of their company. Will use them in the future for plumbing and electrical. Exceptional experience from start to end. Quick to come out to check out AC system. Evaluation of our current system was comprehensive. Options were provided. Installation was scheduled promptly and executed professionally. System units inside and out along with partial ductwork replaced in under 7 hours. Passed inspection with no flags. Inspector even mentioned he has confidence in an install when he hears the name Legacy home services. Jared came out and did a post-inspection himself to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend their services.

Legacy, installers, Jacob and Nathan, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, smiling, with a positive attitude. They explained the work they were to accomplished and answered our questions.
