Skylar Childress & another tech Xavier came to my home yesterday morning to resolve a problem I had with a “system alert” & the outside unit not running. He did a good job of investigating the source of the problem & determining that the unit was requiring too much amperage & shutting down bc it was outside limits. He adjusted the limits & the unit has been running without problems since then. He did a good job of explaining the problem & what he did to resolve it. I only hope we don’t have more problems as we’ve had to have technicians out at least 8 times since it was installed last spring. 5/6/25. Kyle Rowling with Legacy Home Services came to our home earlier today for a routine service & maintenance appt. He was very pleasant & did a good job off inspecting both or sour AC units. He also spotted some fairly significant growth inside one unit, cleaned it out & provided photos to see before & after cleaning. He recommended a UV light to keep it clean & prevent future growth. This was the first visit by Kyle & we’d like to have him come out in the future.

MAR-26 Kenley Cook did another fantastic job installing a 220V circuit for me. These guys are great. Highly recommend. AUG-25 Update. Came home from vacation to a dead AC unit. Called Legacy again and they sent Skylar to diagnose issue the same day. After parts arrived, Octavio was able to repair my AC units cool and I am up and running again. Professional office staff and service techs. Always reliable and always on time. Highly recommend. FEB-24 Update: I engaged Legacy again for some additional electrical services. An actual person, Amber, answered the call, kept me up to date with text messages. Jon, called to verify work order and Steven came out and performed the job. Super professional, always punctual, and fantastic work. Highly recommended. DEC-22 I had Legacy install a new 220v circuit and a couple of ceiling fans. They are super professional and meticulously detailed. They took extra time to bend all the conduit to perfect angles. Jon and Kenley cleaned up everything, ran a vacuum, and were always on time. Highly, highly recommend. Will use again next time.
