At the end of 13 months of them managing the property we took it over without Yearly pest inspection being completed, no working keys and an extremely sub par standard of cleanliness. When we informed the property manager of dog hair being on the carpet at the handover inspection, they responded by saying they had seen worse. When asked why previous request to conduct pest control were not actioned, I was told "while I asked, there was no confirmation".
I would recommend looking elsewhere as Sevenfold will manage your property at a sub par standard.

Ellise and Wendy have been absolutely stellar to work with as tenants. Many real estates make life painful and stressful for the tenants but Legacy has always been professional, kind and respectful. I've rented through many different real estates and never have I seen such care for both the home and the tenants.

In the 3 years we have been with Legacy Property, we have had to deal with some rather annoying and stressful situations as everyone normally would regarding rental properties but one very wonderful and amazing woman; Wendy Rogers, has always gone above and beyond to make every interaction as easy as possible and communication is always pleasant. We genuinely look forward to our house inspections and seeing Wendy, she’s not just our real estate agent but we would also consider her a friend.
All in all, a very professional and personal experience from the team but most of all Wendy and would highly recommend them.

Appalling experience with Legacy Property as tenants. On receipt of the property, it was apparent there was a wasp and cockroach infestation. This was eventually addressed by the agency. A complete, thorough and factual entry condition report was completed along with supporting evidence (photos).
The property should never have been leased in the condition we received it (back door did not lock, gate was on the ground, cockroaches everywhere, air conditioner filters not cleaned, and a lingering smell of urine was present etc).
Legacy performed routine inspections, with no issues identified throughout the tenancy. On exit, the original entry condition report was not referred to, at all.
Legacy Property denied the release of the bond, and a bond dispute was filed. Thankfully we had the foresight to document everything on receipt of the property and were able to dispute the completely unreasonable and unethical claim of the bond.
If you are a renter through Legacy - take videos and photos on the day of receipt of the property, as on exit, the original entry report may not be refereed to. We found this practice highly unethical and unprofessional. Make sure you keep your original entry condition report, as the exit report provided by Legacy Property did not contain any of the original entry condition information.

As you can appreciate, we act on behalf of the property owner and require their approval before processing the full refund, which was outside our immediate control. However, we are pleased that your full bond was returned within 14 days of your vacate date, in accordance with current Queensland legislation.
Our team always strives to finalise bond processes as efficiently as possible to help make transitions to new homes smooth and stress-free.
