We recently rented Legacy Portable Restrooms’ luxury VIP mobile restrooms for our private creator event in Miami for a major global brand, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. Brayan and his crew went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we’ve ever encountered. Their restroom trailers were spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and truly luxurious—even better than the venue’s onsite facilities. Guests were genuinely impressed by how elegant and comfortable the restrooms were, and many commented on how the experience elevated the overall feel of the event. The cleaning crew was phenomenal—not only were they meticulous and proactive with cleaning, but they also stepped in to assist with other on-site needs without being asked. It’s clear that Brayan and his team take tremendous pride in their work and are committed to delivering a five-star experience for both clients and guests. Brayan even helped us install a custom brand logo decal on the restroom trailer, transforming it into a fully branded, high-end feature that perfectly matched our event aesthetic. It was a total hit and made guests feel they were attending an exclusive, world-class experience. We are so grateful for Brayan’s professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. Mi respeto y admiración para esta compañía, jamás imagine que al entrar al servicio sanitario tuviese el lujo y las terminaciones que te hacen sentir que no estas en los baños portátiles que colocan normalmente en las ferias de Miami. Es realmente impresionante. No conozco personalmente a los dueños, pero a través de este mensaje llegue a ellos el sincero agradecimiento por el servicio que están ofreciendo. Si algo puedo recomendar es que el Condado de Miami Dade los contacte y vea el trabajo de esta compañía, tengo 57 años y jamás había visto un baño portátil con ese confort. Son artistas!!!

Best rental service out there . I reached out to them last minute for an event and they did not disappoint. They were there on time for delivery and pick up and make sure everything ran smoothly . The owner and the staff are very nice and always willing to help . The inside of the trailer is always clean and looks very luxurious . I would recommend them 100% and definitely use their services again !

Absolutely lovedd. I needed a portable bathroom for a party I was having with some family and since I didn’t want everyone going in and out my house I decided to rent a bathroom and found them and let me tell you I was not disappointed! The bathrooms were super clean the floors the toilets everything. Would 100% recommend to everyone and will be renting with them again!
