Extremely professional! I bought a house and saw that the back privacy fence was deep into the property (21 feet) on the most current survey. Well, the fence is at the end of its life and needs replacing but I wanted to capture that property back. Legacy came out and validated the east line and sure enough, the current fence starts at 1 foot off the property line and at the end is nearly 27 feet off. This team is quick to respond, arrives when they promise, are very professional, and reasonably priced for this area. I can now erect a new fence in the right location without any fear of litigation from the folks behind me. Thank you!
