I worked with AQD last year when purchasing my home. The entire process from beginning to end was a great experience. The house we purchased needed a complete overhaul, which could have been overwhelming if not for the help and assurance of the ADQ team. AQD was responsive to our questions and needs, worked on a strict timeline to meet both our timeframe and our budget, and took pride in the construction being completed. Even after our home was completed and we moved in, a few items still needed to be completed or fixed. ADQ responded immediately to any of our requests and honored every word they agreed upon. We worked with Joe Evangelisti and Addison Quinn Development, LLC for our new home. Our real estate agent knew we wanted to build a new house and/or get in on a project. She introduced us to Joe and highly recommended him. In speaking with Joe, he was very flexible and listened to what we wanted, at the same time he added his expertise and advised us on what did and did not make sense to do. We felt very comfortable in the planning phase that Joe (and his team) knew what they were doing and had done this many times before. Once we committed to Addison Quinn we were very pleased with the planning process. We were given back plans that met all our desires and provided us with even more “bang for our buck”. Joe and his team then went off to take care of all the permits and contracts needed. This was seamless for us and was a very smooth process. We were kept very well informed of the progress from Joe and from the foreman, Brian. They came to use with choices to make throughout the building process. They always were able to give a suggestion when we needed it and yet we had the freedom to choose the finishes we wanted. When it was all said and done, we truly ended up with our dream home. The finishes were exquisite and the home looked amazing. One year later, we still get compliments on our house when people come over. I am certainly a fan of Addison Quinn Development, LLC and highly recommend them.
