I was over at a family members house when Doug W from Lee Thompson Company was there working on their system, and I just had to leave a review (considering my own very recent bad experiences with multiple AC companies). He did a really great job. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t overcomplicate it, which we appreciated alot.
Super respectful and kind, easy to talk to, and didn’t rush through anything. He made sure everything was working well and even cleaned up after himself before leaving, which most people don’t do these days. You can tell he actually cares about the work he does, and does a dang good job at it.
Definitely someone I’d recommend!!! He was nice enough to give me his cell phone number, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to him the next time I need any services done on my own house.

Joe, Rodrigo and Billy with The Lee Thompson Co. installed a new HVAC system at my house and were amazing. They were professional, articulate, personable and efficient They explained the process and set reasonable time expectations. They protected the flooring and did a final clean upon completion. So glad I chose The Lee Thompson Co.! Adam, my minisplit installer, arrive on time and was courteous to me and respectful of my home. Adam inspired confidence, not only with his knowledge of minisplit a/c units, but with his experience in maintaining the unit to ensure it's long life.
His "helper" Billy was also very professional. He worked side by side with Adam every step of the way and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was done correctly.
Adam and Billy cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old unit, but not before Adam went over every aspect of the minisplit operation, Billy listening intently like I was.

I had a fantastic experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. Dustin, the sales representative, was outstanding — he arranged everything seamlessly, stayed highly responsive throughout the process, and communicated clearly every step of the way.
The installers — Joe, Rodolfo, and Billy — were equally impressive. They were quick, extremely thorough, and truly went above and beyond.
