Everyone here is very professional. Hema, Rebecca, Michelle, and Dr. Ly are all friendly and helpful. They answer all your questions with patience and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Ly always makes sure you are okay throughout the visit. I always have a great experience at Lee family dentistry

Rebecca the hygienist was very personable and kind, and my teeth feel squeaky clean after my cleaning. She also listened to all of my concerns, which Dr. Ly made sure to follow up on and fix on the spot. Very grateful for all the staff here! Best dentist experience ever :)

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, and the office is spotless. They have a really efficient system, so there was no waiting around or confusion. I was in and out in about 35 minutes.
Dr. Ly is fantastic—I barely felt the injection. He has a great bedside manner, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel pressured into unnecessary work.
You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients and treats people with respect and kindness.
Beyond words. I almost felt like crying (with joy) as Dr. Lee worked on my teeth without using Novacaine!! Amazing!! Dr. Lee, Hema and Michelle are all very professional. I did not really interact with Rebekkah but, she did stop to say hello. Seems like they are all at the same level of kindness. Thank you all! I have always had a phobia of going to the dentist, so before making my appointment, I read every single review about Dr. Ly. After seeing how many people shared positive experiences, I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, he and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Ly was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything before starting. He never made me feel rushed and was very understanding of my anxiety.
This may sound strange to say about a dental appointment, but the entire experience actually felt therapeutic. I left feeling calmer than when I arrived, and for the first time, I genuinely enjoyed going to the dentist. I never thought I would say that.
If you're someone like me who has put off dental care because of fear, I hope this review gives you the confidence to make an appointment. Reading everyone else's reviews helped me take that first step, and now I'm happy to add mine. Dr. Ly truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
I am not a fan of dental appointments but Lee Family Dentistry is as good as it gets. My situation both medically and in terms of insurance, but Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It was easy to make the appointment and it doesn't hurt that the location is easy to access via public transportation and that there's even some parking available.

I'm so grateful that the entire dentistry profession has improved. I've made several attempts to visit a good dentist but issues came up that kept me from going, for the most part it was fear on my part. I didn't give up, because I knew to do so would only hurt me and ruin my smile. Lee Family Dentistry was worth the wait.
Each member of the staff I encountered this morning was not only pleasant, but professional. From the minute you walk in and encounter the receptionist (who I thought was in the eight grade helping out the family on summer break), so not the case! She's a professional individual who's knowledgeable and pleasant, but just looks very young, to "Rebecca" the hygienist, who's most delightful! We could have chatted all day, but we had business to take care of. She's highly professional, caring, and has gentle hands. I loved how she explained each procedure before she executes it, by doing so she eliminate any surprises. The dentist, he's just a little take charge, knows what he's doing, professional and proficient dentist who enjoys and knows his job. His skill is reflected in his demeanor. Immediately I felt (and I was right) that he knew what he was doing and he's good at it.
I know there are other great dentist in the world, probably one in every state in every city, in every town, but here's one in Jersey City, and I found them! What more can you ask from a dentist visit? I was so excited when I left the office, I turned to the first person sitting outside the building waiting for a bus and said, "If you ever have to go to a dentist, go there, and pointed to the door. He said he would, and that he needed a dentist! It's like going to a good restaurant, when you find one, you tell all of your friends.
Dr. Ly is very kind and professional. Like anyone else, I get very nervous going to the dentist.
Unlike my previous dentists, Dr. Ly is very patient, understanding, has a very gentle hand to the point where I did not realize we were done with my filling until he told me!
I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a quality dentist! Thank you Dr. Vinh Ly!!

Dr. Ly at Lee Family Dentistry is incredibly thorough, caring, and professional. He explained everything clearly, including costs and post-op care instructions. I needed a tooth extraction, and he made what could have been a stressful procedure surprisingly painless and very manageable. Excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend him — lucky to have such a great dentist just a few blocks away!
