Was ok. But we didn’t cook anything. Was more like putting together something from Blue Apron. However, the person that provided instruction was nice and she was fun. The reviews, for our “class” at least, are no where near what they describe. Would not recommend or go back….would get more from streaming a YouTube video in the kitchen. Blunt review but factual.

I took the Beef Wellington class because I’ve always wanted to make it but was too intimidated. The class is hands-on. The Wellingtons turned out beautiful and delicious! The mashed potatoes were very fluffy and buttery, the herbed peas were cooked very good too. We also made chocolate mousse which was the perfect ending to the fabulous meal that we made. I recommend checking out The Cooking Studio.

A Tuscan evening! I attended the Tuscan Pasta Class on November 2nd with Chef Lee, and it was fantastic! He has a casual, laid-back teaching style and shared great tips to help build confidence in the kitchen. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious! I brought my niece as a birthday gift, and she loved it as well. We’ll definitely be signing up for more classes. Such a great experience for anyone who loves the culinary world — and so wonderful to have this studio right here in Telford!

The Cooking Studio was recommended by my hairdresser India who had a fabulous experience. It did not dissapoint. I treated my Niece for her Birthday to share this delightful experience together. It was a great experience and the Paella was awesome. The Kale salad was the best I ever had. Learned a lot at the same time enjoying a fabulous meal. Can't wait to try the recipes on my own. I highly recommend trying it out! I defintely will be checking out other classes.

Just the best in every way! Italian American class was so informative and a lot of fun. Hands on making dough and cutting it and cooking the noodles.The food was delicious!! Definitely recommend anyone to take this class and others. Chef Lee did a tremendous job of instructing and cooking.

My husband and I went to a Paella cooking class and it was such an awesome experience. Chef Lee was knowledgeable, engaging and I loved what I learned (still making the kale salad to this day!). Can’t wait to take another class, one of the best “date nights”!

Let me tell you just how excited I was to see a Cooking Studio open in our small town....well that excitement turned into booking a class as soon as humanly possible! Chef Shelby is a rockstar and super fun to learn skills from and Chef Lee is just as amazing. They are so patient and create a very friendly, open and warm atmosphere to create some delish dishes in an incredible hands-on class that feels like you're cooking with friends and not people you have just met. My husband and I started with a date night making sushi and we have also learned how to make steak that slaps in the Steakhouse Favorites class. I wish I could take every single class that they offer! Cannot wait to cook along with them again....until next time!!
