L.E.A.S.H. handled everything for us when we experienced the unfortunate loss of our family pet. Everyone we spoke with, was empathetic, professional, and helpful during a very difficult time. Special shout out to Greg, who came to our home to pick up our pet, stayed in contact with us during the process, and then personally returned our pet’s remains. Greg displays professionalism and compassion, going above and beyond for people experiencing grief. We highly recommend L.E.A.S.H.!
Thank you Leash for taking good care of my baby, while loosing a pet is never easy, they made it a bit manageable, they handled my pup with so much care from pick up to delivery, im very greatful that they were able to come on a sunday morning and I received his ashes back 12 days later.
Our baby girl of 12 years suddenly passed late at night on a weekend and 1 call to L.E.A.S.H they were able to get someone to my home and pick her up gently and respectfully. Tahlyssa the associate who helped us out was very communicative about when we’d get our doggy back and she went above and beyond to purchase bows to match her collar for her clay paw prints. I had a family emergency on the day she was suppose to drop of our dog and she completely understood and rescheduled for the following day. If you go with L.E.A.S.H make sure to ask for Tahlyssa if you can!
I used this animal cremation service to help with the passing of my dog, and I’m truly grateful for their care and compassion. From the very first call, they guided me through the entire process with kindness and understanding.
When they arrived at my home, the specialists were incredibly respectful, gentle, and professional during such a difficult time. Their support made a heartbreaking situation a little more manageable.

They were able to arrange same day pickup for my pet, offered thoughtful memorial services, and carefully and meticulously placed paw and tail prints for my beardie. L.e.a.s.h was Amazing to me and my family, in what was such a difficult moment for us both financially and emotionally I was able to give my dogs a proper goodbye with their help.. They gave us a little peace in our hearts knowing we were gonna be able to do right by our pets and have them cremated. I will never forget them for what they were able to heal in us. They are literal Angel's for us and I hope to one day being able to pay it forward.❤️
My senior dog Flower passed away earlier this month and it was extremely hard due to her being 16 yrs old. I had her since I was in kindergarten and now I'm a grown adult, overall they did an amazing job. I loved the paw print that was made it's perfect. I always loved her fur it was long and a gorgeous shade of blonde I think it was amazing idea to add. I have one major complaint unfortunately when I entered this afternoon I was with my older brother, there was a woman in her early 20s and I'm guessing a middle aged woman. What is upsetting me is that the middle aged woman who's blonde was sitting on her phone with her lunch out. My issue isn't that she most likely was on her lunch break, that's reasonable and fine. I have an issue that she saw my brother and I walk in and didn't say a word, looked back down at her phone like that's beyond disrespectful. The younger woman was amazing, super professional, kind and answered my questions. I didn't get their names and I didn't ask for them because I'm not a confrontational person. I don't see how it's appropriate for me to be in this situation when all I wanted was to pick up my childhood dog. That interaction gave me the impression of that woman being lazy, rude and not caring about the customer. I am satisfied with my package but what if my other pet passes away in the future and I decided to cremate them? I'm not convinced that I'll return as a customer again if you have employees that act that way. Maybe for some this might not be a big deal because I just walked in I don't know if she worked all morning and wanted a 30 min break. I will add I wasn't meant to pick up my dog it was supposed to be my other older brother but he was busy and couldn't make it in the time frame that was asked. I thought this place was 24/7 so I was confused why we couldn't pick up our dog at a later time but it wasn't a huge deal to me.

My name is Julie, I am the Owner and Registered Pet Funeral Director at L.E.A.S.H. I am also the blonde lady you saw eating her lunch, not an Employee but the Owner. Unfortunately, you did arrive about 25 minutes prior to your appointment time, so you walked in on us attempting to rush through eating today. We do our best to schedule our appointments appropriately so all runs smoothly. What many people don't realize is I also Manage the Human Funeral Home next door, and was dealing with a client and new death while attempting to eat my lunch. So I do apologize you were uncomfortable with your experience, but I prioritize all clients who are experiencing brand new traumatic death experiences and that is why Rachel runs the office on Wednesdays. We are absolutely open 24 hours for emergency pet pickup at all hours, for clients who choose to drop their pets in office we do request they make an appointment for pickup when we are available in-office for certain as we do all work 24 hours a day 7 days a week as a family and are in and out on retrievals. Many of our clients cannot come during business hours but that is fine, we work with everyone, when this happens we schedule for when the client wants after hours and we schedule a Retrieval Specialist to be there at the appointment time to assist with the Return. I do hope your day improves and if needed I can certainly offer some Grief Resources for you if you'd like as I'm also a Certified Pet Loss Grief Coach. Dealing with clients who are experiencing grief and loss can be tough on all of us, especially as fellow pet owners and lovers, but we do our best to help everyone.
So thankful for this service. The person who picked up my kitty was so respectful, kind , and empathetic to my situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone going through this . It's awful and the last thing you want is someone unsympathic, I discovered that at the ER. So if you want an honest review you can trust, I absolutely hope I never need this service again, but if I do I'm calling L.E.A.S.H

When my Abby passed L.E.A.S.H. came right to my door picked her up explained everything to me. This was reasonable and they made a bad moment into such a relief. When Abby was ready to come back home they called and brought right back to my door. Wonderful people all around ...
