1) Course Duration & Learning Goals:
- Our French Transformation (6-month) program covers Levels 1 to 6, helping students progress from beginner to B1. To reach B2, we offer an additional 6-month program, for a total of 12 months of learning.
- For exam preparation, our TEF course for beginners is designed to help students reach CLB 7 within 12 months, not in a shorter time frame.

2) Pace of the Course & Learning Support:
We are sorry that the pace felt overwhelming for you. Learning a new language, especially while preparing for an exam, can indeed feel intense. To support our students, all registrants receive:-
- Full access to course materials and class recordings, allowing review at their own pace
- Homework after each class to reinforce learning
- Ongoing support via a WhatsApp group to ask questions and stay consistent

Language learning requires commitment, and we strive to provide the structure, resources, and guidance needed to help students succeed.

3) Refund Policy & Flexible Alternatives
While it is true that we do not offer refunds once registration is finalized, we do provide several flexible options to support our students:
- The ability to repeat a level if it feels too challenging
- The option to pause classes for up to 6 months to allow time for review
- In exceptional cases, the possibility to convert course credit into private classes

These options are always communicated and handled via email. Because we limit class sizes to ensure quality instruction, registrations are final.

For students seeking more flexibility, we also offer month-to-month enrollment, multiple payment plans. For example, with payment in full, our online 12-month program comes to approximately $330 CAD per month, making it a competitive option for long-term learning.
