Professional and prompt service. My laptop stopped turning on all of a sudden. It isn't that old and I was really hoping to not have to replace it right now. I went to Best Buy and Geek Squad wouldn't give me the time of day, said there was nothing they could do. Before throwing in the towel, I decided to give a local place a try. Chuck was courteous. When he realized he couldn’t, he took it back to his shop and had it ready within Less than a week. He was so patient with me and answered any question I had. I've lived in Hilton (just outside of the village) for the past 60 years. When Chuck's computer store first opened in Hilton @ 7 years ago, I said that this type of store would never fly in Hilton because there weren't enough people in the area to provide enough business for him. Well, here it is 2025 and Chuck is going strong....because his reputation, business knowledge and interaction with customers appeal to people all over the area. From meeting him to discuss getting a new computer to having the computer set up in my apartment, he has been super professional, explaining things as he went along and making sure I understood everything. I highly recommend his services.
