Leak Wizard is a trusted Tampa company I would highly recommend. I had serious pool leaks that required some initial foundation repairs. I had a few companies come out and give me estimates for leak repairs. Robert with Leak Wizard was amazing. He is very thorough and explained everything in great detail. He was very communicative throughout the 4 day process. He was on time every day and completed the job when he said he would. I had an excellent experience with Robert Lufriu , the technician who came out to repair my leaking pool. He was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous from the moment he arrived. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained the issues he identified. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was done and how he resolved the problem, which I truly appreciated.
The repairs were completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and he even went above and beyond by providing helpful information and guidance to prevent future issues. It’s clear that Robert takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.

These people falsely charged us for a service they did not provide. Be aware. We then hired another company called Florida Leak Locators who did a wonderful job for a lower price and have much better reviews.

We take great offense to being falsely accused of charging someone for a service we did not provide. We do NOT do that. We charge AFTER completion of the service we provide, then we provide a full 30 day warranty on leak detections to advise us if for some reason you are still experiencing water loss, and return at no cost (1 yr warranty on repairs). This opportunity was not utilized by you, so we are quite confused. We were last there on 12/18/2024 (15 months ago) and are wondering if perhaps you made this review on the wrong company??

Jeff methodically analyzed the problem and detected two leaks that were then
repaired with expoxy
He also advised the condition of the skimmer for replacement sometime in the future since it was cracked and the epoxy is only a temporary solution

Austin was great; he came and handled my leak, showed me what was happening, and gave me some tips on what to watch for with my older pool. Front office staff was also super responsive and very easy to work with.
