Excellent service. A friend referred us to LeakPros following a massive bathtub overflow. Taylor (the owner) was onsite within an hour of my initial phone call. He is a true professional and his knowledge and the tools at his disposal (moisture readings, infared cameras, etc.) gave me confidence that he was doing things "right". His team is equally professional from those doing remediation, demolition, and even pack-out. They leave your home spotless after their work. They took extreme care not to damage other parts of my home as they removed large items. I am so impressed. Highly recommend.

We don’t wish flood damage on anyone, but Taylor and his team were AMAZING! We had an emergency issue at our home on a Saturday afternoon and Taylor came out immediate to address the situation. He was so helpful and walks us through the whole process. He answered all of our questions and was always available to help. Very professional and was a great resource for everything and helps us through the mitigation process with our insurance company and went out of his way to make sure it was done correctly. The crew helped us move things out of the way and kept the house tidy and neat. SO thankful we found them and will recommend to anyone that needs help. Words cannot express how happy I am to have found Taylor and his team at Leak Pros. Taylor showed up the same day as I discovered a leak from the upstairs bathroom. He showed up, found the issue and immediately began work to mitigate the issue by getting everything dried up. He was very patient with me, explained the next steps and told me everything would look like as if nothing had happened. And boy was he right! They completed work in a couple of days and I am truly impressed! Thank you soo much Taylor for putting our minds at ease during a stressful situation.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Taylor and crew kept me sane throughout the entire process from dealing with the water damage to dealing with the home insurance claim. If you are in the position of needing a water damage/restoration team, don't look elsewhere. No one wants to be in this position but if you are, LeakPros will get there fast, mitigate the damage quickly and professionally, and help make sure you get your home back in order. Truly an incredible company and overall excellent service. Every single person I met through LeakPros was a pleasure to work with and Taylor especially goes above and beyond. By far the best company I've ever dealt with.

I was very impressed with Taylor and his team. We unfortunately had 3 incidences of water damage in the past year and of all 3 companies I used Leak Pros was the best. They came on time and even though it was on a Wednesday night at 10pm. They were very professional and made sure the mitigation process was smooth. They kept our home neat and tidy.. never leaving a mess behind. The guys were courteous and check on us periodically to make sure we didn’t have questions or concerns. I would definitely use them again if I had any leak problems or water damage. Thanks Taylor for the great service!!

We had a terrible leak in my home that lead to us having to gut our entire kitchen. Taylor and his team did a great job cleaning and demolishing the kitchen. They also did an amazing job ensuring that everything was completely dry and prepped for repair. One of his employees, Elvin was primarily responsible for the job and he did amazing! I’d definitely recommend anyone that needs any mitigation work to go with leak pros!

I recently hired Taylor for a plumbing issue, and I am extremely satisfied with his service. He and his team was prompt, professional, and efficient in addressing the problem. They demonstrated excellent expertise, identified the issue quickly, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the pricing was fair. When I tell you this Company came on a took care of BUSINESS!! First off they were look good and clean. Their clothes were uniformed and clean. They didn’t look like they had left another flood job to tackle my flood job. They communicated thru each step. Very professional and sympathetic to our losses. My flood was a C3 and the short of it is it was smelly. They came at least 10 ppl deep to move all the contamination stuff out and the contents pack out was very very impressive. I’m referring LEAK PROS COMPANY to all my family and friends JUST IN CASE!!

Excellent service for mold treatment. My HOA wasted over two months for inspection and finally got everything ready one week before Christmas. Leak Pros magically got it done before holiday. Highly recommended.

All the guys at Leaks pro are absolutely the best… Leaks Pro was very professional, the guys were always at my home 15 mins before time to start. They cleaned up after themselves, they even packed my house and would not allow to move anything and took my belongs to storage so nothing else got damaged!!!! I can't say enough positive things about the team from Leak Pros of Georgia. My house experienced a leak in early January and, as is typically the case, insurance was incredibly slow to respond. A few weeks after insurance sent over one of their "preferred vendors" a friend recommended Leak Pros of Georgia. Without their help (specifically Taylor), my project would have dragged endlessly and likely been underfunded by insurance. Taylor was always available by phone or text - to the point that I asked him to stop responding to me late at night! He brought deep experience with water/mold mitigation as well as support for dealing with insurance to ensure my house would be restored properly. Taylor and Leak Pros were absolutely instrumental in making an incredibly painful experience a bit more tolerable by having a plan was in place and providing a light at the end of the tunnel. My family moved back into our house last week and couldn't be happier. All that's left to do is invite Taylor over for a beer of appreciation.

They did a great job when my lower level had a cat 3 leak. They came out after midnight to get get things under control and we’re immediately there the next day to clear out all the carpet, drywall, etc. and work with me to get it fixed. Very timely and thorough and made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend!
