The crew at LCS Lincs have just completed a new patio for us which involved hand digging out a large area of existing slabs and preparing the ground, and laying a resin surface in its place.
We can't praise them highly enough. The crew were punctual, polite and the work was undertaken efficiently, everything was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. A thorough clean of all areas was done after the work was completed.
Right from the initial conversations with Mark, we were kept well informed of the schedule and each step of the process was explained fully. They even continued to work during Storm Claudia to lay the tarmac base. We thought that the final resin layer might have been delayed due to the weather conditions but this was then completed on a Sunday because the humidity was acceptable for the process.
The builder came a couple of days later to recap the pond, the new resin surface was covered with sheeting to ensure nothing got on it during this process, and Nick came back to spread the gravel around it the next day and clear any last bits of rubbish.
Everything went like clockwork and we could not be happier with the results.
