She was attentive to my needs and desires and responded clearly to my many questions regarding the content and legal meaning of the document texts. I was able to connect with Lauren in person, on zoom, and via email. She gave me digital and paper copies of all documents (the latter in a well organized binder), as well as all the paper copies I needed. Lauren’s fees were fair and straightforward, and included follow-up and clarifications. I liked that Lauren is part of a small legal practice, so there is always back-up expertise. She was not only very professional but took the time to explain the entire process in terms I could understand. She patiently answered every question.
