I had an existing ring that the stone had fallen out of (and some missing ‘shoulder’ diamonds) and wanted to have it repaired. I contacted Laxmi Jewellers,UW Mall and ultimately ended up getting a new ring - the new ring solution was better value for money. I sent photos of the existing ring which they were able to easily replicate. The stone in the new ring is beautiful and in fact larger than the original. I had it shipped to the UK which took just a matter of days. They sent me photos and videos of the ring before it was shipped and sent videos of the stone itself prior to the ring being manufactured. The attention to detail, price, communication and timescales were far better than anything I was getting locally. I would recommend all day long especially if you have a specification in mind. In my experience they will take on board exactly what you’re after and may offer enhancements based on their experience. The photos are of the existing ring and the piece of jewellery I then had made from Laxmi. In my experience they strive to get you exactly what yo want so you end up with a stunning piece of jewellery.
