After the denial, the attorney admitted the mistake and apologized, but the lost time, stress, and emotional damage cannot simply be fixed with an apology . This experience was deeply disappointing, especially for such an important life process.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney regarding EB-3 unskilled green card process. Due to their clear mistake and misinterpretation of the law, our entire case was effectively ruined.
They failed to submit the required documents within the 6-month deadline and only acted after the deadline had already passed. As a result, our application was lost, along with approximately 1.5 years of time, effort, and planning.
Their response to this serious error was simply an apology and an offer to restart the process from scratch. Frankly, after such a critical mistake, it is hard to understand how anyone would feel comfortable trusting the same attorney again — even if the work were offered for free. I certainly did not.
Time is not something that can be refunded or replaced. The lack of accountability, combined with weak and inconsistent communication throughout the process, made the situation even worse.
I strongly do not recommend working with this attorney.
