I was very impressed with the work that the team did in taking out our existing lawn and reseeding, adding new borders etc. Roy was very helpful in listing to what I had in mind and making very helpful suggestions. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard and did beautiful work. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again or recommend to friend.

We had Lawnmasters redo our sprinkler system, replace numerous sprinkler valves and install a new online sprinkler controller. And it all went seamlessly. Roy and his crew did a great job, on time and on budget. Fast forward several years and we had to get a new computer router. We had no luck getting the online controller back online. One call to Roy and we were back in business. And Roy had stated if his suggestions did not work, he would make time to come and fix it for us. His suggestions worked. Way to go Roy!! I reached out to Roy for help building stairs in my backyard and, unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. I had to follow up to get an estimate, and when we finally spoke on the phone, he was vague about the scope of services he could offer. The price range he provided was broad and quite high, with little detail to support it.
He ended the call by saying he'd check with his team to confirm whether this was a project they could take on and promised to follow up with more information. It's now been weeks with no update -- no call, no text. I understand things can get missed, and I don't hold any hard feelings, but this wasn't a professional impression. Based on the lack of clarity and follow-through, I wouldn't feel confident moving forward with him on a project.

I called Lawn Master concerning a leak in my sprinkler line that was allowing water to bubble up under the sidewalk. Roy responded right away, came out to my house the next day, and had someone working on it that same morning. Roy was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. As a new homeowner, he even counseled me regarding the type of sod that was in my yard and how to best irrigate and fertilize to try to revitalize the grass. Overall a really positive experience!

Overall, I’d highly recommend Roy and the team at Lawn Master. They did outstanding work for us that we’ll be happy with for years to come.
We hired Roy and his team to do a full landscaping overhaul: installing artificial turf, re-doing front and backyard irrigation lines & valves, removing some decaying trees and installing ~20 new trees/small plants, adding a new concrete retaining wall for our front planter area, installing a new concrete section for our walkway, extending a privacy lattice fence running along the property perimeter, and adding mulch to our front and backyard planter areas.
I appreciated how easy it was to work with Roy. Throughout the project, he gave us thoughtful suggestions to improve the outcome while optimizing value (cost). While focused on the big picture, Roy and his team also paid meticulous attention to the details and called out things we would never have thought of, such as drainage, sloping, and irrigation line spacing, just to name a few. Above all, though, he was always very easy to reach – whether by phone or text – and spent the time to answer any questions we had – even for something as simple as the optimal amount of time to water the plants.
I’d also point out Roy’s extensive horticulture knowledge. When it came time to figure out what new plants to choose, Roy carefully listened to our goals and offered several ideas that would give a stunning contemporary look while meeting our primary objective of having the new trees serve as a hedge/privacy.
