You guys are the best!! PECO broke our water line into the house. The phila water dept is pathetic. Your men had to work in 8 degree weather to get us our water and they stayed on the job till it was fixed! Great customer service and professional. Highly recommend!
Brian put my hvac system in 8 years ago, and is the very best, most reliable person I've dealt with. The heating went out for an issue unrelated to his work
on the coldest day of the year, and Brian showed up earlier than expected.

I was cleaning my basement when I noticed some water near my hot water heater. Knowing Brian and his family for many years, he was naturally the first person that came to mind for the job. My fiancé called Brian right away and he was able to get a new hot water heater and install it right away!

I have been working with Brian over the last 3 years. My first issue was a leak in my AC that no one could locate over a 4 year period. Brian saved the day and I haven’t had any issues since. I recently reached out because my hot water heater couldn’t keep up with my families needs. Brian got back to me the next day with an affordable solution and was at my home in days to install. We opted for a booster in addition to my new 50 gallon tank. The water actually got hotter after the third shower instead of getting cold. This company has exceeded my expectations and then some. Thank you so much!
I recently converted my garage into a bar and gathering area. However, it had no heating or cooling for quite some time. I called Brian, explained what I was looking to do and he suggested a mini-split system that would heat and cool the garage space. Brian suggested a particular model and size that would be able to solve my issue. Brian arrived on time, kept me updated along the way, and explained exactly what electrical power he would need for the unit.
On install day, Brian brought both the head unit and outside unit to my garage. He installed them both flawlessly. Even going the extra step to cap all external hoses and wires for a super clean look.
After the install, Brian took his time to FULLY test the system and explain to me EXACTLY how the unit, remote and my part in the maintenance should be (clean the removable filter monthly at minimum). In addition, I had some questions after the install and Brian responded quickly (even Facetimed me) to walk me through a few things. I also asked Brian is my unit could be controlled wirelessly. He secured the part I needed and installed. It works amazingly and allows me to control schedules and temperature via an app on my phone.
I am incredibly happy with the work Brian did. For all of the above reasons, I highly recommend Lawless Heat & AC!

Brian has been out to my office building to install all new heating and air conditioning , it works perfect and keeps accurate temperature , he has also been to my personal home installing all new high efficiency equipment lowering my utility bill and also keeping accurate temperature on all floors , my old equipment never cooled or heated my 3rd floor and now we’re perfect all year around , he additionally has been out to my vacation home that has 2 zones , it’s a large 5 bedroom home , Brian installed all new equipment there also adding state of the art thermostats that I can control from my I-phone wile I'm not there , this helps me turn it down wile I’m not there and turn it up or down prior to me going there to have my house at the perfect temperature once I arrive , Brian is a true honest gentleman that I have trusted in my home at anytime wile I was there or not able to make it , made me feel like family , I HIGHLY recommend Brian at Lawless Heating & Air Conditioning 🤝

Lawless HVAC came out to service my air conditioner. He showed up on time, wore a mask and respected social distancing. He was in and out quickly and I'll use him again.
When you have a leaky tub it's a headache...when it's leaking into your kitchen during the 2nd week of Stay-At-Home it's a panic attack. The luxury of waiting until we were more comfortable for someone to come through our house was gone. Thank goodness we found Lawless Heating and Air Conditioning. Brian followed all CDC and social distancing procedures, safety was a top priority...and most importantly he located the problem quickly, and had us up and running in no time.
