My experience with lawyer Sakun bhandari was very disappointing and stressful. Before I made the payment, she was polite, responsive, and appeared professional, which led me to trust her and proceed. After receiving the payment her behaviour changed noticeably.
Communication became poor and her tone often felt rude and dismissive.Despite multiple attempts to contact her, I received no response and no explanation for the lack of progress on my case.
I repeatedly requested my legal documents to be emailed, but they were never provided, despite multiple follow-ups. I also did not receive clear updates or explanations regarding the progress of my matter.
As a client, this lack of communication and professionalism caused me significant stress and frustration. I expected transparency, respect, and basic professional conduct, which I did not experience.
I chose this lawyer based on positive Google reviews, but my experience did not reflect what is shown online. After speaking with others, I became aware that similar concerns have been raised by other clients as well.

At first, the process felt quite chaotic, especially since I was abroad and handling everything through a lawyer back home. There were some delays in communication, which made things a bit stressful.
