Fantastic experience from start to finish, Joe was most helpful from the outset, arranging a prompt visit - suspected wheel bearing, but turned out to be a seized brake calliper - great comms, videos, explanations from Joe and the job was sorted within a couple of hours - very reasonable cost too - delighted - very highly recommended

Car picked up at the agreed time, kept informed of progress throughout, video of work sent and car returned exactly to time. Seriously, I have no hesitation in recommending this garage. Superb!

Old fashioned customer service in the high tech world of todays cars.
Joe goes out of his way to get the best prices for parts and won't cut corners. Pricing is clear and very reasonable and the videos shared by Joe through the day are really helpful.
We'll never take our car back to a main dealer, why would we when Joe has accreditations to work on major brands and we get an even better service.
As you can probably gather we are over the moon in the way Joe looks after both our car and van, he's an absolute star

Living in Cardiff away from home I wasn't sure where to go to take my car as it's really hard to find trustworthy reliable mechanics!
