He’s a lovely bloke – friendly, approachable and always happy to explain what needs doing in plain English so you actually understand it. Old fashioned customer service in the high tech world of todays cars. Joe goes out of his way to get the best prices for parts and won't cut corners. Pricing is clear and very reasonable and the videos shared by Joe through the day are really helpful. We'll never take our car back to a main dealer, why would we when Joe has accreditations to work on major brands and we get an even better service. As you can probably gather we are over the moon in the way Joe looks after both our car and van, he's an absolute star

Living in Cardiff away from home I wasn't sure where to go to take my car as it's really hard to find trustworthy reliable mechanics! Joe has completely changed that!! Without a second question any times iv had issues he's fitted my car in fixed the issue or pointed me in the right direction, Even opting to help me with options like cleaner fluids instead of just telling me I needed new parts, Highly recommend law fix! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Law-Fix Automotive Ltd enough! Joe managed to book my car in straight away and carried out a really thorough inspection before purchase. He even sent me a detailed video of the underside (something I’d never normally get to see), talking me through everything clearly and in a way I could understand. He also gave it an extensive test drive and ran full diagnostics to check for any hidden issues. The communication was outstanding, the service above and beyond, and the pricing very fair. An honest, professional garage I’d recommend to absolutely everyone!

I recently used the garage for a clutch replacement. Joe is a courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable mechanic. He explained the problem to me thoroughly, setting-out details of the work to be done, together with a cost estimate (which was a really accurate prediction). The work was carried quickly and efficiently. A major, positive service provided in the Cardiff area is that a customer’s car is picked up from their home and returned when work on the car is completed. What a bonus that is!! Thank you, Joe, for a very a very hassle-free experience.
