I can't say enough good things about Polchinski & Smith Personal Injury Lawyers. Ryan and his team was the only attorney who accepted my case, and I'm extremely grateful that he did. From the beginning, he guided me through the entire process and always took the time to explain what was happening, what to expect, and how my responses and decisions could affect the outcome.
My case became more complicated and took longer than expected, but he remained patient, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. When things got financially difficult for me, he worked with me and was very fair about his fees. He never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of my situation.
One thing I especially appreciated was that he took the time to meet with me and my family and explain the case so everyone understood what was going on. That meant a lot to me.
