We recently did a kitchen refresh to update everything but cabinets and flooring, the Lavish team was wonderful. Hayden, Charlie and Roberto were professional, responsive and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they treated us like we were their only project, giving us their full attention. I have used other luxury designers/contractors in Raleigh and Lavish was by far a grade above. The entire process was stress free and that was because of the entire Lavish team!

We were new to the Raleigh area and after extensive research, selected Lavish to remodel our laundry and primary bath rooms. Haydn Thomas led the design phase of our project. After listening to our needs and desires, Thomas provided multiple design ideas that were not only creative, but aligned beautifully with what we had envisioned. Haydn’s recommendations for color schemes and fixtures could not have been more perfect! Charlie Strickland led our remodel project. Charlie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility throughout the project, were second to none! Strickland explained the various project stages in great detail and kept us informed of activities from beginning to end. Everytime (and there were several) we made decisions to “tweek” the original design, Charlie’s response was always the same, “no problem, we can do that.” The completed project could not have turned out better and we intend to commission Lavish again when we decide to remodel our kitchen.

We had an amazing experience working with Lavish on a big renovation: turning a large, unused secondary master suite into two beautiful bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom for our girls. After meeting with three other contractors in the area, we chose Lavish because their approach from the very beginning felt transparent, professional, and organized. The design process with Eason was smooth and efficient, and the construction was done very well and with lots of transparent communication. We were on a tight timeline to finish everything before our baby arrived, and they delivered before I delivered! But the best part of working with Lavish was the communication. I’ve never worked with a contractor who responded so quickly, kept me so informed, and provided weekly updates without me having to ask (thanks Charlie). That level of care and communication made the entire project stress-free. They even went above and beyond by giving us a sweet gift for our newborn after she arrived. Truly such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Lavish to anyone looking for a design and build team you can trust, they exceeded our expectations!
