We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Corinne and Francois Xavier were excellent hosts. They were friendly and attentive. The place was clean and well equipped and there were some thoughtful amenities such as first aid kit, mats to use on the beach etc. The property is a short walk to local amenities: beach, shops restaurants, bus and train services. We regretted hiring a car as we hardly used it and used the train to get visit other towns and cities along the coast including Italy and Monaco. The hosts provided some good recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely consider going back.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la villa Guilia. Corinne et François-Xavier sont des hôtes attentionnés, attentifs aux besoins et d'une grande gentillesse. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien situé, au calme, en plus d'être très bien décoré et entretenu. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Fantastic studio in beautiful surroundings with your own large garden.Extremely private and peaceful in a quiet location but only a short walk away to the beach, shops and restaurants.Corinne and FX are super friendly and helpful but leave you in peace to relax.The studio is finished to a high quality with a comfy bed and top quality furniture.The kitchen has everything you need to make a small meal, with all essentials provided.High attention to detail throughout and an excellent quality air b n b.This is a highly relaxing rental and please ignore comments on noise as its one of the best we have stayed in and we travel allover the world.Only disappointed we had to leave this beautiful area and will miss La Mamma's to eat as a simple menu but extremely good.

Het is een leuke accommodatie. Heel sfeervol met een fijne tuin.Zeer centraal gelegen ten opzichte van Menton. Wel zou ik de parkeerplaats bijboeken. Wel tegen betaling maar dat is het zeker waard. Zou anders niet weten waar je de auto kwijt moet.Francois xavier was een heel vriendelijke gastheer met leuke tips voor de omgeving en reageert snel op berichten. Corinne heeft ons uitgezwaaid en was ook super spontaan. Ik zou deze airbnb zeker aanraden.Simon en Chantal

Fijn verblijf gehad in een erg mooie B&B. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving waar vanalles te doen was. Helaas kreeg onze fijne vakantie wel een vervelende nasmaak en werden beschuldigingen aan ons adres gedaan die niet aan ons toe te wijten zijn. Erg vervelend om de vakantie zo te moeten eindigen terwijl we het daar zo fijn hebben gehad..

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Corinne und FX sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation war schnell und beide Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, über die Aufmerksamkeiten haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung die jedenfalls im Mai schön kühl bleibt, mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett. Außerdem hat meine eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die blühende und duftende Terrasse. Nachts kann es jedoch lauter werden, durch Rohre, den Kühlschrank und Züge die vorbeifahren. Das gemütliche Bett und der Garten war es uns jedoch wert. Zudem ist man schnell am Strand, dem Bahnhof und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.

Très bon séjour chez Corinne et François-Xavier. L'acceuil est chaleureux, on s'est de suite senti comme chez nous. Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos; il est propre et décoré avec goût; la cour est superbe. La cuisine est bien équipée. Bref c'était parfait! Encore merci :)

We had a wonderful stay at la Villa Giulia. Corinne was a wonderful host responding straight away to any queries. We were allowed to leave our luggage and check out was flexible. The garden is just beautiful, so lovely to sit and relax in after a day of sight seeing and to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The apartment is lovely and was spotlessly clean. We cannot recommend this place enough…book it you will not be disappointed. Thank you Corinne for a fantastic stay!

My partner and I stayed at the property for four nights after hiking the GR5 route for the previous month.The property was absolutely wonderful, extremely well furnished, with a fantastically functional kitchen and bathroom, surpassing all of requirements.The host was extremely friendly and helpful.A fantastic stay, we would love to revisit and would recommend it to all.

I really don’t have enough words to describe the beautiful space that Corinne and FX offer. First off, Corinne was so sweet at check-in and made the language barrier almost seem like it wasn’t there (so if you are English speaking, dont worry!) Second, the space is beautiful. So private, so peaceful, close to everything (about a 10 minute walk to anywhere in Menton that you would want to go). 10/10 would return to this space and 10/10 recommend to others!

Appartement impeccable, doté d’une superbe cours et très bien situé (à 5min à pied du centre ville). Beaucoup de produits de première nécessité mis à disposition (sel, huile, liquide vaisselle, savon main…), ce qui est très appréciable ! La literie est top. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques ! On reviendra sans hésitation.
