I'd like to respectfully clarify a few points. Our avocados are prepared fresh every day and are never pre-packaged or processed. The smoked salmon we serve is premium quality, sourced from trusted suppliers and handled according to the highest food safety standards. While we understand that personal taste varies, we are disappointed that the presentation and flavor of your dishes did not reflect the standards we strive to deliver.

We're also sorry that the table assigned to you affected your comfort. If a different table would have made your experience more enjoyable, our team would have been happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Regarding the coffee, we recognize that taste is subjective. Although many of our guests enjoy our specialty coffee selection, we respect that it wasn't to your liking.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the payment process. Our 20% service charge is clearly disclosed on both our menu and guest check, and any additional gratuity suggested on the payment terminal is completely optional. Our team is never instructed to pressure guests into leaving an extra tip, and we sincerely apologize if the interaction made you feel uncomfortable. We will use your feedback as an opportunity to reinforce how we present this process to our guests.
