We were so thrilled with the service provided by Rich from Pull Your Weight. Rich arrived spot on the agreed time. There was no rush to the service he provided. He took the time to explain what he was doing and did his best to help us understand what it all meant. The process and legal implications involved in weighing our vehicle and caravan were so much more than we had realised. We now know that we could have been in trouble without the expertise and service provided by Rich. Richard was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain all aspects of the weighing process and the theory behind proper weight distribution. We now have great confidence with regards the safety and compliance of our tow vehicle and the van. I highly recommend Pull My Weight and would encourage all caravan owners to invest in this service which costs only a fraction of the potential costs of being non-compliant.
We had PYW measure our 4WD and van twice. The first time showed we needed to move weight around and upgrade suspension to carry load safely and legally. The 2nd weigh gave us peace of mind the rig was good to go. Richard was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly giving great advice throughout the process.
Richard, from PULLYOUR WEIGHT, did a great job weighing our car and van. He was friendly and very professional and took the time to explain clearly each of the weights and their importance. We were then provided with a comprehensive written report with all the results on the day. The service provided by Rich at Pull Your Weight was very good. He took the time to explain the process and results clearly. It was great that Rich was fine re-checking some weights as we redistributed gear between car and van and also from front to rear of van to identify optimal loading of my setup. It was good to know that the weights across my vehicle and van are meeting the legal requirements. I recommend Rich and the Pull Your Weight service.

Had my 23ft van and Y62 Patrol recently weighed by Richard from Pull Your Weight.
Could not have asked for a more helpful and knowledgeable service. From a prompt booking to his mobile service close to where I live, to helping and assisting with making sure our weights were compliant by educating where is the best position for certain items and explaining the complicated weighing process.
