I have ordered their corn gluten-free tortillas many times without any problem. This time, I clearly wrote in the notes that I only wanted them if they were gluten-free, as I have celiac disease. When the order arrived, the tortillas had traces of gluten, unlike the ones they had always sent me before — the packaging was completely different, so I suspect they had changed the product.
I called to explain, and they offered to replace them with actual gluten-free tortillas — but only half the quantity I had originally paid for, unless I paid extra to get the same amount I had ordered in the first place. No apology, no compensation.
They promised I would receive the replacement within 30 minutes (I live less than 10 minutes away from the shop), but it took over an hour. By then, my dinner was cold. In the end, I received the correct product 1 hour and 30 minutes after my initial order and had to pay more for it.
The way they handled the situation — making me pay extra for their mistake, refusing to compensate, and delaying the replacement — was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
I am truly amazed at the wide variety of Mexican products available here! It's the best! I highly recommend this place! I wasn't fortunate enough to be able to go there due to my busy schedule in Dubai, but I ordered online. The girl customer service was very helpful and helped me with the entire online payment process. My product arrived at the front desk of the hotel where I was staying and arrived in very good condition. This store would be the only reason I would move to Dubai. Haha!

Honestly, La Tiendita is the only Mexican shop I’ve seen around — and it’s vvv cool! They have so many authentic products that you usually can’t find anywhere else. It’s a little on the expensive side, but if you’re craving real Mexican stuff, it’s worth checking out.

Very nice place where I found some gluten free fresh tortillas. Nachos are just like at the restaurants 👍🏼. A lot of sauces from mild to hot. It’s a very nice place and the lady is so nice too. I highly recommend this cute shop.
