The young couple who run the shoe repair are very friendly. They clearly communicated that shoe repair would take about 15 days so I could plan and gave me the quote before I committed so there was no surprise about the price. They offered shoe care suggestions. I have not yet worn the shoes again because I want to shine them first with the polish the owner sold me, but they look very well repaired. The owners smiled widely when I told them the name of my friend who recommended me, so they obviously care about and remember their customers. Welcoming, friendly, central location with easy parking. They apparently also duplicate larger traditional keys, FYI.
