After spending 19 years of my life in contacts and glasses, waking up in the middle of the night to put them in, having to change out my contacts monthly, getting things in my eyes, etc I finally made the strive to lasik. I have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff made everything so much better even calming my nerves. I would highly recommend getting sick. I was -8 and the day after surgery I am seeing 20/15. It will only get better each day. I cannot wait to see my complete journey over the next couple of days come around in full circle. If you are second-guessing getting Lasik eye surgery, I would definitely recommend doing so! This was worth every penny

I had a wonderful experience getting LASIK here! I was very nervous about the procedure while sitting in the waiting room. However, Dr. Smith was very nice and explained everything step-by-step during the procedure, so I knew what to expect next! All of the office staff are also very friendly and answered EVERY question that I had to help ease my mind.

Amazing customer Service! Was walked through every step in detail and clearly understood everything that was going on. Everyone I talked to seemed super caring and excited to be able to help with anything that was needed. Can truly say everyone seemed to genuinely care about what they did. Woke up the next morning with better vision then what I had with glasses on!

Amazing staff. Amazing process. I was nervous, but the vibe in the surgery room was immaculate. Music playing, the doctors and assistants were so sweet and kind and helped me relax. The procedure was so fast! Highly recommend this location and this staff!

Saw major improvement just through the first day, went from seeing nothing unless it was less than a foot from my face to seeing clear as day.

Hey everyone! This is my first review on Google, and I wanted to share my experience with LASIK surgery. At first, I was overwhelmed with information from all sides, so I researched extensively to determine if LASIK was right for me. I chose the LASIK Institute because of its positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. Switching between contacts and glasses throughout the day was a challenge as a collegiate athlete. I was nervous about the surgery affecting my performance, but those fears were unfounded. The team at the LASIK Institute made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained what to expect, which eased my nerves. The procedure itself was quick, lasting only about 8-10 minutes, and thanks to the numbing drops, it was painless. Amazingly, I could see almost perfectly within 5 minutes of leaving the building. Although my vision was slightly blurry at first, my eyes felt brand new after a few hours and a recommended nap. What stood out to me the most was the level of care and attention to my comfort throughout the process. This is why I am writing this review—to share my positive experience and hopefully answer some of your questions. I hope you find this review helpful!

My LASIK experience was incredible. I’m not sure why I waited so long before exploring this option! At almost 48 hrs post procedure, I can see incredibly well and feel great. The team at The LASIK Vision Institute was fantastic. Everyone was kind and helpful during the entire process. The procedure didn’t take long at all, and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I could see better immediately after the procedure even with foggy vision (think vision under water), which continues to improve daily. If you’ve considered LASIK it’s worth the appointment to learn if you’re a candidate. Great experience!

After having the surgery last august of 2022 i had issues with one eye i cant see out of right eye its foggy cloudy and its really bad dont do lasik if i had to do all over again i now wish i had never done it. Dont do it my eye is ruined. 15 months later i am extremely bad and wish had never done lasik. Still foggy still cloudy found out you dont do both at same time and you dont do it on eyes that need cataracts. Warning be careful at this place. UPDATE NOW AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS I AM NOW 95 PERCENT BLIND IN RIGHT EYE AND MAJOR FLOATERS IN LEFT EYE AS OF JUNE 24TH 2024. I PRAY NOBODY ELSE GOES THREW THIS. IT WAS FROM INFECTION FROM THE SURGERY THEY KEPT SAYING WAIT IT OUT IT WILL GET BETTER IT GOT WORSE I CRY DAILY OVER THIS. BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE.

Yesterday I walked into this place with -5/-5.25 vision & astigmatism in both eyes (and quite a lot of nerves). It hasn't even been 24 hours after my appointment, and I already have 20/20 vision. I literally cannot believe my eyes. Everyone has been so great to interact with, from the pre-appointment confirmation to the next day follow up. They are right about that at suction being the worst part, it's absolutely worth it for seeing without glasses. I could see before I even sat up from the procedure -- worth every penny and any discomfort
