I’m so happy with the service that I received from the Lasik Vision Institute. I would like to give a special recognition to Sheroya. She was one of the nurses on staff during my surgery. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during the surgery. There was a moment where I became nervous and she kindly took my hand to give me security during the procedure. So thankful for her and her kindness. Also, so thankful to the doctors for their kindness and professionalism.

So simple! Was able to accommodate my odd work schedule and get me in very quick!

Highly recommend getting LASIK here! I came in for a consultation and had the procedure done all in one day. It was super convenient. It’s only been a few hours and my vision is amazing! Dr. Tisdale and the entire staff were super welcoming and walk you through the entire process!

Dr. Smith and staff changed my life after this procedure. The staff at both locations were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process of this and explained every step of the process. After wearing glasses and contacts since 9 years old, I can finally see clearly now.

**Update: turns out the person who I kept speaking was not from the Carmel office in the first place. So to give a poor review to a location that wasn't at fault is not fair. The enhancement team in HQ or whatever is the at fault for the mess they have when it comes down to the communication, but the Carmel office hounded them when they saw my review and got me scheduled ASAP. They are great and she gave me the office's direct number so now I don't have to deal with other reps that are not even in the state. Very happy with their service <3 The staff is amazing and my initial experience was wonderful, after 1-2 years of the procedure my vision has declined, so now I use contacts/glasses again. I submitted the necessary forms to request an enhancement in October, was told 8 weeks wait to get someone to call me (no one did) I called and was finally told it got approved in December. I have been calling the enhancement team since DECEMBER 17 and have left multiple voicemails, have had the receptionist send multiple messages for a callback and still to this day NOTHING. Pretty frustrating! I will continue to call and call until I get scheduled because I did not pay over 3K to go back to using glasses in 1-2 years.

It's been 24hrs since lasik and it has been fantastic. They did a great job explaining what was going to happen during surgery. It was still scary just because it was something new but you had an idea of what was coming. The surgery part was painless it felt like 10 seconds went by and we were done. But when they say take a nap after, take a nap! I took longer to take a nap and the numbing drops wore off and could feel some stinging. But after I woke up from the nap. I was pain free and could see almost perfect. Still was a bit blurry here and there. This morning woke up and could see perfectly. No pain. No irritation. No nothing. My biggest excitement was being able to wear cute basic sunglasses. Not prescription or transitional glasses.

Great experience. Fast and painless. First afternoon took a nap, by that evening I felt fine. Would recommend again and again.

OVERALL PRETTY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY. ULTIMATELY WAS TOLD A PRICE AND SCHEDULED FOR AN APPOINTMENT ONLY TO BE TOLD PRICE WAS NO LONGER VALID 48HRS AHEAD OF APPOINTMENT. TOLD NOW THAT I HAD TO FULL PRICE OR TAKE MY BUSSINESS ELSEWHERE. SO THATS WHAT I DID GREENBURG LASIK OFFERS QUOTES THAT ARE VALID FOR A YEAR OFFER COMPARABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY. WHERE PRICED BETTER RIGHT OUT THAT GATE THAN THE “SPECIAL PRICING” I WAS OFFERED AT LVI, THAT THEY WERNT EVEN WANTING TO HONOR AHEAD OF APPOINTMENT. GREENBURG OFFERED CONTOURS AS AN ADVANCED OPTION THAT LVI DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO MENTION AS THAT WOULD BURDEN THEM WITH ADDITIONAL TESTING. JUST FEELS LIKE THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO MANIPULATE ME INTO PAYING MORE ON SHORT NOTICE AHEAD OF APPOINTMENT. GAMES ON PRICE ISN’T A WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS HOPE THEY IMPROVE THIS. THATS ULTIMATELY WHY I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. MIND YOU OVER THE DIFFERENCE OF $282. LVI HAS SEVERAL ONE STAR RECENT REVIEWS, WHILE GREENBURG HAS NOT ONE NON 5 STAR REVIEWS. SKIP THE SEARCH AND JUST GO TO GEEENBURG! YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great Experience!

Very disappointed in results. CAN read better up close, but "regular" vision unimproved at best (got the treatment for both). Of 5 other patients I witnessed, spoke with or overheard, ALL just happened to require most expensive level of treatment. Prescription then given for distance vision, but I didn't pay $3700 to then need glasses that I didn't before! AND those even give me a headache when I do use them. Whole onboarding process was an assembly line to assure you'd get treatment and pay, but feels minimal concern given for actual outcome. Works well for some, but did not for me!

Over all best decision I ever made. Office visit was a breeze. Everyone was super friendly and the surgery was over quickly and painless. Less than 24 hrs I’m a 20-15. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!

Had lasik done by Dr. Smith, and after 24 hrs post op my vision went from 20/200 to 20/15 in both eyes. The consultation and procedure are a breeze. Highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Smith and lasik vision institute to anyone looking. Took me 5 years to finally just pull the trigger but wish I had done it sooner!

One of the best decisions I have ever made! After being told by another provider that my myopia was too strong I reached out to LASIK Vision Institute. They assessed and cleared me as a candidate within a week. The following week I was having the procedure done. By my follow up I was at better than 20/20 vision! Everyone I interacted with - the front desk, techs, optometrist, and surgeon - were friendly and professional. They all made me very comfortable throughout the process. They have materials to inform you in detail about your options and the surgical process, and took time to answer all of my questions. If you are thinking about LASIK, give them a call!!
