Traumatising Experience!
I do Not usually write negative reviews, But in this case I absolutely have to as it is my responsibility to warn others of the dangers of having treatment at this clinic.
I cannot write everything in detail here as it would literally be too much therefore I will try and condense as much as possible.
After filling forms (few seconds after entering Lara Smiles Stush looking clinic) and paying £3165 for 23 zirconia crowns I was whisked upstairs to a dental room, teeth shaved down in a around 2.5hrs and given very uncomfortable plastic teeth which do absolutely nothing to protect you from severe sensitivity pain, extraction of molar the following day. No smile design simulation its DIY or go home with the most horrendous teeth they can get away with giving you. As I have worked in fashion/interior design for years I have a keen eye to detail and also knew how I wanted them to look, I had given them a picture in advance which they took absolutely no reference to. I spent every day explaining what to do. The treatment should have been 6 days I booked and paid for an additional 4 so that I could evaluate before flying home as I did not want to leave with any issues, every single day I had to spend time reasoning with them about things that were wrong and the attitude of the dentist who was completely disengaged from the mess they were making of the dental crown aesthetics. The extraction I admit was performed very efficiently by a different dentist but the one who did the main work insisted I have a permanent bridge over it which I adamantly refused until they forced me by informing me they would not include it in the guarantee if it was temporarily placed, we then made an agreement I would have the permanent bridge only if they gave me a document stating they had recommended I take it and if I had issues in the future they would be responsible they agreed but after cementing it permanently they politely refused to give me the document. Additional to this I paid for individual crowns but they gave me 2 unit bridges (they call jointed crowns) without my agreement! Regarding my 4 extra days they told me they would finish on the 8th day that was already 2 days over I agreed as I would still have 2 days to evaluate, they messaged me that day with an excuse to not finish till 2 day s later leaving me No days I asked for a different dentist to complete they ignored me.
They completed the evening before my early morning flight I noticed during my flight I could feel sharp points and extreme sensitivity and realised 1 particular jointed crown was not fixed correctly leaving a large gap! I messaged them as soon as I returned home they refused to acknowledge, I got pictures from my dental hospital they still refused to acknowledge I then paid £200 for an Intra Oral scan with the dentist pointing out the gap and also bite deficit clearly on the video, (I have inserted screenshot from this video pics below). They asked me when I wished to return for remedial treatment, I told them I needed them to forward me in writing a breakdown of Remedial treatment first (This is due to the fact they had lied to me during all of my treatment about so many things I had lost all trust in them), They refused to send me the breakdown !! You can see in the screen shot of watsapp conversation below a different dental clinic says about the dangers of large gaps and incorrect placement. I made a very very bad decision choosing this clinic.

Can’t be happy enough with the result of my teeth. I contacted the clinic whilst I was already in turkey and the service they provided me from picking me up from the hotel to fitting my new teeth I couldn’t fault at all. All the staff were very friendly and also kept on top of everything explaining the procedure step by step and also the aftercare. The dentist that I seen his name was Dr Ridvan,his service also was excellent and through the whole procedure he was very professional. The service from everyone was exceptional. Thank you guys.

Amerikada yaşıyorum. Dişlerimden çok rahatsızdım. Kanal , çürük tedavisi ve kaplama yaptırmam gerekiyordu. Birçok araştırma yaptım ve Lara Smile Dentalı önerdiler. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Die Praxis hat eine entspannte Atmosphäre.Als ich das erste mal dort war habe mich sofort sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die Wartezeit ist nicht sehr lange. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Arzt und tolles Team besonders Frau Tugce Even sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Der erste Zahnarzt, der es geschafft hat, mich als Angstpatientin zu regelmäßigen Besuchen zu bewegen. Die Betreuung ist sehr einfühlsam und freundlich. Die Beratung und Aufklärung umfassend. Die Behandlungen sind weitgehend schmerzfrei und zügig. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Me and my friends had great care from this clinic, TugGe (our cordinator) was very friendly and knowledgable, she couldn’t do enough for us. They clinic is very clean, the dentist was very professional and you could tell he was excellent at what he does. Mir ist im Urlaub ein Zahn gebrochen und ich hatte sehr dolle schmerzen. Es war Harlekin Problem kurzfristig einen Termin zu bekommen. Die Behandlung war kurz und schmerzlos, somit konnte ich meinen Urlaub weiter genießen.
Ich wurde von Tuğçe sehr herzlich begrüßt und in Empfang genommen. Sie hat mich auf „Deutsch“ super aufgeklärt und schritt für Schritt alles erklärt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!
