Flawless 5-star service. I’m very cautious about who touches my gear, but Laptops Mauritius—especially Elizer—earned my trust. I dropped off my gaming laptop and they diagnosed, serviced, and replaced the faulty parts in under 24 hours, exactly as advertised. Communication from first call to reception was clear and professional.
After pickup the laptop worked perfectly in-store, but once home the screen wouldn’t display (everything else powered on). I contacted Elizer and he patiently helped, taking extra personal time to sort a slightly loose display connector the very next day. Since then, my 6 years old machine is running like new now.
