I've been seeing Jayne for counselling for just over 6 months and she has helped me in so many ways. She's very kind and understanding, and is always there for me when I need her. Any issue I bring to our sessions, Jayne has a solution for. She also has the sweetest little dogs Ronnie and Heidi who are very cuddly haha! It has been an incredibly difficult year and I couldn't be where I am now without Jayne's help. If you are thinking of starting therapy, Jayne is the best person to go to.

My partner and I have been coming to Jayne since August and the difference that we’ve seen in our relationship has been substantial. My partner has had some negative experiences with therapy and was more reluctant to see someone; therefore we both had to agree with the person we chose. Jayne was that obvious choice. She makes you feel at ease instantly, laughs, jokes but also hold us both to account. Highly recommend.

Jayne is an incredible therapist. She's very real, pleasant, intelligent and genuinely helpful. Words don't do justice to the refreshing outlook I have since starting therapy with her. Regardless of where you are in your wellbeing journey, you will leave the session emotionally elevated and relieved of all sorts of baggage. You will realise/remember you are actually worth something. Simply excellent.

Jayne has been amazing! I've been having sessions with her for a while now and she has helped me with everything from dealing with past trauma to driving anxiety, and overall the reiki really helps to keep me balanced. I always enjoy my sessions with Jayne, it's nothing like going to talk to a therapist, it's more like having a catch up with a friend. Thank you! xx

I would highly recommend Jane at Laouami. I have had four sessions so far and feel that she has helped me so much already. Jane is so relaxing to talk to, I trusted her straight away, she makes you feel So comfortable and at ease. I have really enjoyed the reiki, the cleansing and the talk therapy. I met Jayne for the very first time on Friday 10th September 21. She welcomed me and my partner into her home and we had tea in the court yard. Jayne listened to us and what we wanted to achieve by seeing her. She put our mind at ease and we really did have a good laugh and joke, it was like sitting with your best friend having a chat. Jayne pointed out a few things she could see we needed to work on as individuals and as couple, setting tasks to do at home until our next section!! Once we had finished talking Jayne done a full body cleanse in my and I explain to you how I felt after but you have to have it done!!! AMAZING!!!

I've been through multiple types of therapy within the last few years, and Jayne is and was by far the best. She's so down to earth and honest, and takes the time to know you as a person rather than just what you're trying to "fix". I've been seeing her now on and off since summer 2020 and I love her as a therapist and person so much. Her holistic approach makes her unique from others I have seen and makes her individual and more welcoming.
