We needed the original copper drainage system throughout the house to be updated to ABS because we were dealing with corroded and leaky pipes. We got estimates from 4 companies and Lantz was the most reasonable by far. Dale was very personable and friendly, and eager to work with us on a solution. After finishing the job, they cleaned up and left everything spotless. We'll be repeat customers for sure.

We discovered a shower mixing valve leaking into the wall behind it on a Friday morning. After trying several other plumbing companies who weren't sure when they could get to us, Fernando and Dale were at our door in 15 minutes ready to diagnose and fix the problem. They described why the old plumbing failed, the fix and materials needed, their rate and estimate before starting the repairs. Three hours later the leak was fixed. A very responsive and professional team and we appreciated their prompt service.

I noticed on a Saturday morning our water heater started leaking. I found Lantz's online. They were local so I took a shot. Talked with Dale, they seemed to be quite busy but he seemed concerned and wanted to help. He was able to send Fernando out. Apparently it was his 5th call of the day, he knows his stuff and had a new heater installed in a timely manner. Talking with him he seemed like a really good guy. He is a great representative of the company. I have their contact information saved in my phone as there is no need to find someone else should a problem arise.

Dale, Fernando and Abigail at Lantz Mountainside Plumbing are amazing. We had an emergency situation a water heater leakage as well as a shut off valve issue. Dale showed up within 10 minutes of call, stayed, rescheduled his day to assist us in our moment of need. Fernando showed up a little later to assist got the job done efficiently with excellent customer service, very cordial. They both stayed to make sure everything was working well no leaks. I highly recommend. I called six different plumbers the day before and the morning of and nobody could make time or even responded to the call with a live person. However, his assistant Abigail answered the phone immediately heard my situation and acted on it. It's wonderful to have true customer/ service especially living in a Mountainside rural community, like Conifer. Thank you! 💚

6/5 stars if I could. These guys are the most genuine and honest trade workers I’ve ever met. They worked hard, willing to educate the home owner, respectful, and were very careful during install not to damage anything. Most importantly they weren’t just trying to rip off the customer like a lot of other big names are. 100% Lantz is only plumbing company I will use in the future.

Sometimes its hard to get people to come to the mountain towns. Abigail was quick to get us scheduled and she was a delight to talk to. Even though we had one little hiccup they were quick to make it right. Plumber, Fernando was professional, thorough, and a very nice guy too! We wont hesitate to call Lantz's for future jobs and would be happy to have Fernando back to do the next job.
