Thank you for your feedback. This is the second time that you have tried to post negative feedback about us - your first attempt in May 2021 was removed by Google because it violated their terms of service.
You claim that you 'booked one' and were 'charged for something else'. We have checked our records and you rang up to book a private examination with us. It was clearly explained that this was a private examination and you understood this. When you attended for your examination appointment you said that you did not want an examination and only wanted to have an xray done to take to Turkey to have dental treatment there. We explained that we can only do xrays if they are clinically needed and you decided not to go ahead with the examination. In spite of this being a waste of the dentist's time you were given a full refund and did not pay anything at all so we do not understand why you are claiming that we charged you for anything.
We are always happy to accept feedback and try and learn and improve from it but what we will not accept is feedback that is simply not true.

Unusual experience looking into getting Invisalign. Went for my £50 initial consultation, they created an AI-assisted image of how my teeth would look once the treatment was completed which showed my teeth looking ridiculous, they quoted £3500 and bundled it in with teeth whitening (I didn’t say I wanted that), and when I asked how many refinements were included in that fee in the case the aligners didn’t work completely as expected, I received a muddled/distorted answer which felt indecisive despite me trying to clarify it a couple of times. Orthodontist was nice enough, but it felt like a sales pitch by the end. As soon as I started (politely) questioning a few things, it felt like they wanted me out of the door as soon as possible.

Great experience at Langley Dental Practice. It’s very good for children. I registered my toddler for a routine check-up and the staff were friendly and cooperative. His dentist, Dr. Shilpa Patel, was especially kind and made the visit easy. Highly recommend!

I was worried about dental costs but Langley Dental Group was transparent and honest about their fees. I searched for a dental clinic near me with clear pricing and found exactly what I needed here. They walked me through every option before starting treatment and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. Excellent service and great value.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the dentist who saw me in Room 5 on the 5th of November. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful. I had been suffering for two months with terrible tooth pain that also caused severe headaches. I couldn’t eat, sleep, or even go outside comfortably. As I am pregnant, I couldn’t take many painkillers, and the pain became truly unbearable. The doctor helped me, and now I am completely pain-free. Thank you so much — you are an amazing professional, and I am very grateful for your care. While I was waiting, I noticed how many patients there were and how busy the clinic was — now I completely understand why. It’s because you have excellent dentists who genuinely care about their patients.

Where do I begin. The reception staff are all hand picked, love love love them. It took me all my strength to go as I was petrified. THEN I get this amazing dentist Anbar and colleague Joyce Talented, Clever, beautiful and took 3 teeth out with a blink of my eye. I only I knew about this dentist place I know for sure I would still have my beautiful teeth that I no longer have. No pain either. There are no words I can say about this dentist surgery that would justify how amazing they all are. But from my nervous heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Barbara

The best oral surgeons! I was referred here for 3 extractions that my dentist couldn't remove due to the teeth being broken to the roots. Amber & Karen removed all 3 roots within 5 minutes! Minimal trauma, pain and bleeding. Highly recommend them! Im so grateful!

My partner was referred here as part of the NHS emergency referral as he was let down by his own dentist who ignored his complaints about ongoing pain with his wisdom tooth which resulted in an infection and huge pain. From arrival at reception, the staff were extremely kind, efficient and helpful, and the dentist and hygienist were excellent, knowledgeable and very professional. It's also clean and bright. Grateful for their help, thank you.

Dr Annam Salim is an exceptional doctor, she has a very kind demeanour and addressed all of my concerns with great detail. She has a great clinical acumen and explains everything very eloquently. I made the right choice by choosing her as my aesthetician. Everything at the surgery was perfect including her staff Sarah and Sharon who kindly held my hand as I was super anxious. I’ve been to a few dentists over the years, but Langley Dental Practice truly stands out. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. My dentist, Ben, was extremely professional and courteous throughout—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Even though I live in Rochdale, it’s absolutely worth the travel to come here. Without a doubt, one of the finest dental practices in Greater Manchester. Highly recommended
