⚠️ LANDLORDS BEWARE: Predatory "Fail" Tactics
They are using EICR reports as a trap to force expensive repairs. They ignored BPG4 standards and turned my previous satisfactory EICR into a "Fail" just to send a remedial quotation. They failed my property by wrongly coding a C3 issue as C2. They tried to charge me hundreds for "remedials" just to get a Pass certificate. After a heated argument on WhatsApp, they agreed to refund me but then disappeared. If you want an honest inspection, look elsewhere. Absolute nightmare for landlords.
I highly recommend this company’s service. The team was very kind, the engineers arrived quickly, and they were professional and reliable. The service was delivered to a high standard.

I was quite skeptical initially about the company; at some point even thinking I got scammed due to the slow communication however the electrician did turn up and even returned the day after to test another smoke alarm. I truly appreciated that. I was able to get my certificate the day after.

I was in a particularly complicated situation as I was organising gas and electricity safety certificates on behalf of someone else so was not at the premises - Landlord Safety Experts therefore asked their engineers to give me an hours advance warning so that I could travel across to let the engineers in… all this was very much appreciated and the two engineers were both very efficient and pleasant.
