Used their services for a FRA, they carried this out then tried to charge more for additional work which was not communicated to us beforehand. Charged us for an Emergency Lighting Certificate then refused to send it through. Just left us feeling like it was a money making scheme rather than customer focused. Stay clear if you want professional services.

It was easy and clear to book an appointment on the website. The electrician notified my tenants in time before he arrived on the day. He did a good job assessing all the electrical equipment. I received the EICR within 24 hours. I appreciated the call from Customer Services to make sure that I had received the report. Will definitely use them again.
