As a landlord, I have always been looking for one company that covers all required certificates, so I’m really glad I found this one. I’m usually cautious about using new service providers to carry out checks without me being present, but after the first appointment, I was extremely impressed with the engineers’ punctuality and professionalism.

I appointed Landlord Certificate London to carry out a gas safety inspection, at my property, on 1 May 2026. It was my first contact with them but my experience of their services were very positive. They provided an extremely professional service from booking the appointment, through to them carrying out the inspection.
A day after the inspection I received a call from them informing me that the work has been completed and I am due to receive the Gas Safety Certificste, which I later received, that same day, by email!
I was very impressed by the standard and professionalism of their work. I would highly recommend them for carrying out Gas Safety inspections.
