Miray and Abraham truly made me feel special on my birthday. I stopped in looking to purchase a piece for myself on my birthday. The beautiful white gold natural diamond necklace caught my eye. Miray took her time to show me some beautiful pieces in they’re collection. Once I let her know my range she showed me this beautiful white gold diamond ring with a blue zircon stone in the center. She gave a a fair price and Abraham was able to get it resized right before they closed so that I could wear it out!! Thank you so much for your kindness and patience while I looked around! I will definitely be shopping with them again and recommend you take a look at what they have! :)

I’ve been going to L&L for years now. The service is excellent and they are always so thoughtful and responsible. I’ve gotten baby diamond earrings, a tennis bracelet, tennis necklace, diamond studs and a Rolex. I always recommend L&L to everyone bc I know their product is great and the service is excellent. I 100% recommend them! I always say that I have a jeweler! Make me feel extra fancy lol! I’m also not lying bc I always go to Abraham and his wife!

Came here from AZ to custom make my ring, we walked around the diamond district and got hounded by alot of the stores which put us off, then we strolled into L&L and im so happy we did. The moment we went in we were greeted by the owners wife, she was very kind and walked us through everything step by step, we gave her our budget and what i was looking for and created my dream ring. They even fixed my original ring for free. We felt so taken care of by them and there professionalism, after 25 years in the business it definitely shows. I can’t wait to come back whenever we come back to NYC to grow my jewelry collection.

Abraham has done it again! Of course we went back to L&L for our wedding bands and we could not love them more. Both bands were custom made. Abraham truly captured our vision. We even brought along two older pieces of jewelry to get touched up before our big day. Abraham resized my husband's grandfather's ring and he repurposed a pearl necklace of mine, adding a perfect delicate diamond. We know these special pieces were in good hands at L&L. Abraham and Miray are true professionals, knowing the ins and outs of jewelry. Abraham helped me and my (back then) future fiancee with her engagement ring. He made sure that the ring is everything, and even more than she wanted. Abraham's fast, accurate, and sharp work made it possible for me to propose sooner, as a complete surprise to my now fiancee. Extremely disappointed. I went to them before my wedding to have a few special pieces made for my family—three gold rings for the important women in my life and a bracelet for my dad designed to match the rings. I triple-confirmed that Abraham could accomplish exactly what I wanted within the timeline he committed to. He confirmed everything, took my deposit, and I trusted the process. From that point forward, I followed up every other day asking for an image of the bracelet materials and a mock-up of the rings. I was ignored until the day before pick-up, when they finally sent an image of one ring. The size was wrong and the engraving looked like an etching on an American Express credit card—nothing like what we discussed. When I asked again about the bracelet, they claimed they couldn’t provide any pictures. When I arrived to pick everything up, nothing was correct. The rings looked cheap, and the bracelet had thick silver loops where the engraving was barely visible—nothing like the design we agreed on. Instead of taking accountability, I was told that I hadn’t given them enough time, despite the clear commitments and confirmations from Abraham. He eventually let me keep the bracelet for free, but that didn’t solve anything. I had to have the bracelet completely re-made and the rings buffed and re-engraved elsewhere just to achieve the correct look—costing me well over my original budget. I requested to return everything for a full refund, and I’ve been ignored ever since. Truly one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences during what should have been a meaningful and joyful time. I would not recommend them to anyone.
