Terrible. The tech spent 2 minutes from the time he parked, to the time he left. Did not brush my pool & did not test the water. I requested the day prior, and spoke with the office on the morning of the scheduled weekly service for the tech to talk to me when he was here, because the pool does not look good. He refused. Guilty.
In response to the owners excuse of lightning, there was no lightning. In addition, this was the case with the technician 2 of the 5 times they serviced my pool.

I can’t say how great Landis pools has been from the office staff to Harrison first class customer care and satisfaction..I wish they had installed our pool. You can trust them and that’s a big deal.
Landis pools did such a amazing job! From start to finish it was about 5 weeks during rainy season also! Alysia was in contact the entire time guiding us through the process and answered every question. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool. Extremely happy with the outcome! Harrison and all the crew were all a great help and friendly.
5 stars all the way for Landis Pools! The design turned out fantastic, and the entire team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. Whenever minor issues popped up during the pool and cage build, they resolved them immediately without hesitation. What impressed us most was their attention to detail at the end their final quality checklist was even more thorough than ours. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a build!
Great looking pool upon delivery, but just a couple of years later, half of the tiles around the pool have settled and sunk, it looks awful and will be an expensive repair. The company won’t own up to it as it is now out of 1 year warranty. There is a reason they only give a 1 year warranty. After talking to a specialist, it is apparently caused by improperly compacted soil upon construction. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They appear to be premium and charge premium prices, but are frauds like many pool companies in Florida. Be very careful who you hire to build your pool.

I am sorry to hear that is your opinion of our company, but there is a reason that sinking pavers are only warrantied for 1 year, which is an industry standard.
In your contract you acknowlegded a 1 year warranty, so I am unsure what the intent is behind your review. We provided you a contact to make proper repairs, but in good faith we are sending one of our supervisors out to ensure this is normal settling and not a deeper issue, but unfortunately this is part of normal maintenance in Florida.

Terrible experience with Landis Pools at my new build home. Schedules constantly missed, impossible to get a return phone call, multiple leaks and other installation problems. After 2 years I have almost fixed all of the problems they left me with. Did not honor warranty or even deliver a completed project. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.
There is NO need to look any further than Landis Pools for your pool building/refurbishing needs! From the initial meeting with Melanie to the final day of completion, the entire team was AMAZING! Melanie is the most amazing pool designer and helps to incorporate all of your ideas and visions for the pool and patio. The communication was outstanding at every level. Landis built the pool of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. They were even flexible in working with another contractor that was working on our outdoor kitchen. At completion, Harrison was detailed and always available to button up the last bit of details. We had an amazing experience with the pool build - we weren't even living in Florida at the time. We had friends recommend them but interviewed other companies as well. They are the only builder that is transparent about all of the costs associated with the build and Melanie will help you decide what is most important in the design. We feel so blessed that we decided to use them. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs. Keep up the great work!!

Their amazing team provided top-tier quality and service from A to Z, keeping us constantly updated on the timeline and promptly answering all of our questions. A special thank you goes to Melanie, who was always available to answer her phone regardless of the day or time. During the construction phase, the friendly crews worked diligently and kept the job site as clean as possible. Not only did they showcase top-tier craftsmanship across the pool, plumbing, and electrical work, but the project was even completed ahead of schedule. We truly receive so many compliments on our pool design. We are so happy and highly recommend Landis!
We had issues with our previous service that was quoting overpriced service and not fixing the issue with several visits. I called out Landis to help fix the issue and they did it on the same day! Timely communication and professional support was appreciated,

All around great experience. From making selections to scheduling the install, everyone was friendly, and had great communication. Definitely would recommend!
Just bought a house in Bradenton and the pool equipment was majorly outdated. We hired Landis to update all the equipment and clean the pool. They did a very good job. Tile looks like new and pool equipment is up to date now.
