Outstanding experience started with an exceptional design!
Pics attached. Other pool builders may copy Melanie's designs, but none have the actual full-time employees required to deliver the same high-quality, on-time, and on-budget pool and outdoor kitchen. You can probably find a less expensive pool company but I doubt you’ll find one that has this level of attention to design and execution. Melanie, AlYsia, Danny, Jan, Derren, Harrison, Austin, Jacob and Dustin...all very good at what they do and a pleasure to work with.
We recently had Landis Pools build our in-ground pool with spa and overall had a very positive experience. They handled everything from the initial design and planning through permitting and construction. Once the permits were approved, the build itself moved very quickly and the quality of work was very good.
They did make one mistake on the specs during installation, but it was something we could live with — and to their credit, they acknowledged it right away and offered fair compensation to make things right.
As with most new builds, there were a few punch-list items at the end, which took longer than expected (a little over three months), but those items did not prevent us from using the new pool. Landis followed through on every commitment and ensured everything was completed properly.
All in all, Landis Pools was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I've heard night mares from friends who used other pool builders. Our experience was very positive in comparison. We’re very happy with the final results and would recommend them to others considering a new pool project.
Landis is a great company to work with from design to the build and everything in between and after. We’ve had a couple minor issues after our warranty. And they helped me tremendously to find a resolution, and I will be forever grateful for their generosity And helpfulness. They truly are a company that stands by their product when you choose Landis, you choose one of the best.

From design to installation, and navigating change orders as the arise, Melanie and her co-workers are consummate pros.

I contacted Landis Pools in mid-February 2025 to complete our pool after another contractor vacated the project. Literally a few hours after reaching out to Landis for help, Danny Burton (Owner) was onsite to survey the situation and formulate a plan to finish the build. It took Landis Pools less than ten weeks to complete the build of our beautiful pool. With Landis Pools you're not just getting a pool in your yard, you're getting a team of passionate individuals who provide the absolute best customer service through the construction process. Proactive communication on the status and next steps, when to expect workers to be on site, and ensuring the final result exceeds your expectations is what Landis Pools provides.

Recently Landis Pool Services completely renovated my pool. All the existing pool tiles were replaced, and the pool was resurfaced with Pebbletec Pebbledsheen, and a new skimmer installed. The existing one-inch drain in the concrete deck surrounding my lanai was cut out and enlarged to a three-inch drain with removeable covers for easy cleaning. Landis also installed Italian marble coping around the perimeter of the pool and matching Italian marble over the entire lanai deck. A sub-contractor sealed the entire decking and coping. Landis Pool employees did most of the pool work and sub-contractors that Terry Landis always uses did the rest of the work. Both groups always worked in a highly professional manner and were always readily available to answer any questions my wife or I might have. On two separate occasions they had my entire pool area including the lanai enclosure screen and adjacent house block walls pressure washed on their on initiative. During the pool and lanai deck renovations Landis never requested any other funds besides the initial fixed price they provided at the beginning of work.
I was extremely satisfied with both Landis’s pool employees, their supervisors, and their subcontractors. Additionally, their office staff were always very responsive and professional whenever I contacted them. I would highly recommend Landis Pools for any renovations or repairs.
