I have stayed here multiple times just for a night but recently stayed for 2 months as I have been transitioning from one home to another. This place just rocks! The beds are comfy, the space is so clean and quiet and the people are so accommodating. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool before I moved out but the deck and fire pits are so clutch for a little hang out. The other people staying there were really cool and the kitchen is huge and I shared so many big dinners with strangers. I cant recommend this place more.

We stayed in one of the Star Wars pod bedrooms, and the kids loved it. It was really well done and a cool part of our weekend trip. The only problem was that the mattresses in the pods are so soft and thin anyone over age 8 was having a hard time sleeping and woke up so sore. If we were to come back, I would definitely bring a crate or a blowup mattress I ended up rolling the comforter under me to try to get up off the floor. That said, everyone had a good time! Just really wish there could be thicker mattresses.

Thank you for choosing our Star Wars pod room and for letting us know the kids loved it. I’m sorry the mattresses were too soft and made sleeping uncomfortable for the adults. This is honestly the first negative review we have had regarding the thickness of the mattresses. Because of the sliding doors we are not able to get thicker mattresses. I will certainly look into this. We have had guests of all ages including grandparents enjoy them.

Wanted to like the place but way out in the middle of nowhere. Outside was drab. Owners were not very organized and hung around. Hard to get to and no real attractions close by

I love when someone gives me a 1 star review on the one the highest rated family owned hotel/event spots in the area. It immediately lets the world know the issue is most likely with the person providing the 1 star.

Phil needed a spot to put up some artists and have a small jam session/meal/happy hour. I said we would be happy to assist and be and a sponsor of his event. Phil never called to discuss plans for the day or who's coming or anything. Instead he communicated through another party and just showed up with a large group with 40+ people and completely took over my place. I had no idea he was bringing 10 or 40 people and a large ungroomed shedding dog. Brought zero drinks a few packs of brats and chicken to be grilled and some pizzas. I jumped through joops to help him cook food and provide beverages and make his party a success. At one point he said he would grill. I said Phil, this isn’t my party, I’m here to help, go inside and entertain your guests (I guess by not being organized and just hanging out, he’s talking about himself). We got through the night, I even lost another hotel booking because the guest was uncomfortable with all the people and his huge hairy dog shedding all over and left (We are pet friendly but not the time/place to bring you dog. Common Sense).

The next day was a large event at Anheuser Busch that all of these people came into town for. It snowed and AB cancelled the event, and guess who didn’t have event insurance and started to scramble. RED FLAG #37 with this guy. Now everyone is wondering how they are getting paid. What to do. Where to go. I reached out to the artists staying the night, not Phil, not sure who even told him, but I wanted the artist to be able to make the best of this situation so I invited them to dinner at the Landing Hub on this snowy night. This way they could all stay in and be safe. I made a huge dinner and provided drinks again and they all had a great evening. All on my dime and and in initiative, knowing all this good I’ve done will only provide me with positive feedback and reviews.
I let the dust settle. Provided Phil with a very small bill understanding his situation and trying to assist him like I did everyone else. And he tells me he’s only paying $600 (my bill was $2100, for two parties, booze, and rooms for 10 for two nights). He said yea I didn’t like one of the artists so I’m not paying for her! Keep in mind I didn’t invite any of the artist!!! Think twice before doing anything with this guy, he hasn't paid a penny. Thanks for bringing attention to this and providing your 1 star.

Absolutely loving my stay here! I've visited before working at West Winds for Weddings. This hotel is much cleaner and presentable in comparison to 3 name brand hotels near by. They have great hospitality and wonderful amenities. It's close by so if you're working in the area it's not far from higher end businesses. I would highly recommend checking a stay in here if it's business, leisure or just a safe haven for the storm! I like the extra little security locks hidden around in rooms and rest rooms. Looking around you can see the owners have good morals and values. They go out of their way to check on you and make sure you are satisfied with the stay. Jessica and Shane are amazing hosts!! I would choose this location over all the nearby hotels they are raising the bar locally.

WOW! Stayed here the other night in the newly renovated Bigfoot Suite and thoroughly impressed. They have included every thing you could possibly need! Everything you would need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, incredibly comfortable beds. Don’t even get me started on the amenities offered in the common areas. If your are passing through or here to visit and you don’t consider The Landing Hub, you are missing out.

This awesome boutique hotel right off 44 is a steal. The beds are super comfy, the decor is imaginative and fun, the amenities are out standing and don’t even start me on the pool. Great event space as well. Super easy check in and it can all be done via phone. Super convenient!
