The service was horrible. Waited 30 mins for a table (which was fine, we came without reservations, not complaining on this) but it took them another *30 minutes* to even ask for our order. This is after seating us at the table. No this is not an exaggeration. Service was incredibly slow, I think the guy serving drinks was not exactly sober himself, overall *wow* bad service.
Food was incredible, loved every bite. Seriously, did not expect that from a place like this. Drinks were as expected, solidly fine.
We came to celebrate our anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor from the start—we were never clearly assigned a server, and I had to raise my hand multiple times just to get someone’s attention. At one point, a staff member approached us and said “what’s up” when I was trying to order another drink, which felt unprofessional.
We also ordered two rice dishes, and both were undercooked, which made the meal even more frustrating. Overall, this was not the kind of experience we expected for such a special occasion.
Amazing food and drinks, with a very rich history and beautiful atmosphere you will send your taste buds on a journey to Spain and back. Explore the different tapas and have some of the Cava Sangria. Will recommend the outdoor dining if you are able to but the interior is spectacular as well.
