Karen’s place was perfect for our 2 night trip needed to watch the Women’s Collegiate Golf Match at Monticello Country Club. Perfect to easily get back and forth from the course and the house was perfectly clean, had local recommendations (we didn’t need them -but nice to know they are there), wonderful welcome basket, true description, and Karen was great with communication!
I love this house so comfortable, and peaceful, 10 minutes from the lakes, I will come back, Karen is very accommodating, very clean and well kept

My son and I had an awesome stay at Karen's place. We had driven from NH to McCormick with our 21 foot bass boat to fish on Clarks Hill Lake and found Karen's place to be perfect for our stay. The boat ramp was 5 minutes or less from the house, the house was spacious and clean, and Karen had left the most awesome snack basket for us. I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating Karen was. We had ample parking room and power for the boat, and everything in the house was super comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay at Karen's again!

The place was off the beaten path from what we were in the area for and couldn't be more pleased with that! After a day of crowds we were ready for peace and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked a couple of meals while we were there. The TV is easy to operate and I loved that there was only one. Even my sister, who is a TV in the bedroom kind of person, commented that she didn't even miss it. We for greeted by a wonderful welcome basket and loads of personalized information for our trip specifically. I have honestly never had such an attentive host! I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. Karen really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was spotless, and you can really see/feel the care she put into furnishing it. I could not ask for better communication. Her anticipation to our needs (we spent a day at the Master's Golf Tournament) was top-notch. Also, recommendations she gave to us about local activities and restaurants was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect…very clean and exactly what was described. It was so quiet and peaceful. Karen and Tom were wonderful hosts. They communicated with us regularly and offered wonderful local recommendations. We were in town for a fishing tournament at Dorn Fishing Facility and this was a perfect location for getting there quickly and easily. We plan to come back next year!
