Unprofessional and disastrous service The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bounce houses deflated after just 45 minutes despite booking four hours, and the bubble machine never showed up. Games were disgustingly dirty, covered in feces and bird droppings. Essential equipment like cords and generators was missing, leading to unexpected extra costs for contractors and fuel. One generator overheated and failed. Management was rude, accused us of theft, and their truck damaged our grass and playground, costing $300 to tow. This was our first and last time using this company. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

You'll appreciate the professionalism of this small business! Their slides are clean and in great shape! The value is extremely reasonable for the price. They set everything up with nothing needed from us and had everything taken down and gone at the scheduled time. I would rent from them again!!!

The Waterslide was a hit!! It was an easy process with the company coming to set up and take down! We even had a short storm with high winds and the slide didn’t budge!! They showed up when they said they would, and kept in touch to make the process easier. We will be using this company again!! So much better than some of the bigger companies I’ve worked with in the past!! Thank you!

Lakeside Bounce has amazing products and customer service. The kids loved the waterslide, obstacle coarse and the foam cannon. The foam cannon is a must addition to any party.

Such an easy rental company to work with. Great communication and overlooked I put in the pick up date incorrectly. Worked with me and were right on time and guys that set up tables and chairs were awesome and professional. Highly recommend Lakeside Bounce!
