First off, I want to say that Leslie was FANTASTIC! She was there for me the whole way through my procedure, which was a little scary but she kept on checking in with me and really helped put me at ease. She is truly professional and very kind. Dr.Pinney is also AMAZING and very kind, friendly, and professional. He called me back and fit me into his schedule for an emergency to help get me out of pain. I tried communicating with 2 other dentists I had seen online and none got back to me, so you know he really cares, even for someone who was not yet a patient. He handled my procedure quickly and efficiently and I am very happy. Everyone else I spoke with from the receptionist, office manager, and dental hygienist were also WONDERFUL. I will definitely be back and they will be my go-to dentist recommendation to all my friends.

First visit to Lake Mary Family Dentistry, and I'm really impressed and happy. Leslie, the dental assistant who took my xrays, was so warm and personable. It was my first visit to the dentist in three years, and I was a little apprehensive for the appointment. But it was all good. Jeff, the hygenist, was AMAZING! He thoroughly explained everything to me and was very thoughtful in making sure I was okay and comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr. Pinney was kind and friendly. He made a recommendation for the future, and I really liked him. I have nothing but praise for this office and highly recommend them.
